What You’ll Do
As Head of Product, you’ll own a broad and commercially significant product portfolio spanning AP automation, expense management,
supplier payments, collections, travel payments, web portals, mobile, public API and third-party integrations. You’ll lead a team
of Product Managers and Designers, work directly with the CPO, and have real influence over where the product goes next.
Lead and develop your team - You’ll manage, coach and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Designers. Setting clear goals,
removing blockers, giving honest feedback and building the kind of team culture where people do their best work.
Own the product strategy for your portfolio - Working closely with the CPO and wider product leadership, you’ll shape the strategy
and roadmap for your product lines. You’ll take ownership of delivery and be accountable for ongoing product performance, not just
shipping.
Drive commercial outcomes - Your portfolio directly supports SMB, Corporate and Enterprise customers. You’ll work with commercial,
ops, risk and compliance to align product priorities with revenue goals and ensure your products are positioned to win in market.
Run a tight delivery operation - You’ll partner with engineering to prioritise effectively and move at pace. End-to-end ownership
means you’re responsible for go-live readiness, internal documentation, and making sure every launch is set up to succeed.
Manage the ecosystem - You’ll cultivate relationships with channel partners and suppliers across accounting, payroll and travel,
finding ways to deepen integrations and expand our product capabilities through those partnerships.
Champion data and AI - You'll embed KPIs across your product lines and lead on AI-driven product innovation. You'll bring
practical experience of applying AI to product and a clear point of view on where it creates real value.

YOUR IMPACT As Head of Product – Agentic Offerings, you will lead the product and design vision for enabling next-generation commerce experiences powered by AI agents. This role is central to our strategy to enable our enterprise customers to be and win where their customers are in the Age of AI and to leverage agents within their commerce ecosystem. You will drive the creation of the AI Hub, which powers Discoverability-> Discovery and Conversion on the leading GenAI Channels and the AgentSPHERE recently announced which is where you can manage these agents, their access and a potential future marketplace, including enterprise governance, authentication, and secure agent orchestration. You will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CPO, Engineering VP and other leaders. Your Mission: * Drive the product strategy for the Agentic Offerings Domain (AI Hub and AgentSPHERE), focusing on Discoverability and conversion, Agent governance and control and Agent Marketplace * Lead a multidisciplinary team to build commerce-native tools and intuitive management interfaces that allow merchants to configure and secure their agentic ecosystems. * Serve as a key advocate for enterprise-grade governance, ensuring every AI agent interaction is authenticated, auditable, and controlled. * Partner with Engineering and cross-functional peers to evolve the AgentSPHERE into a comprehensive gate for agents while optimizing AI Hub for multi-channel discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot). * Ability to balance vision with execution, leading teams to deliver iterative business value rapidly while LLM specifications and the Agentic Ecosystem continue to evolve. * Define and evolve the agentic narrative in collaboration with Product Marketing, ensuring our role as the definitive bridge between commerce engines and LLMs is understood. * Hire, lead, and mentor as needed PMs and Designers, fostering a small team that can navigate the high ambiguity and rapid pace of the AI landscape. * Be a thought leader, anticipating trends in Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards, and the evolution of LLM-based shopping. This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Berlin, Valencia or London office. WHAT SETS YOU APART * Experienced in product management, and commercially minded ideally in B2B/enterprise software * Strong cross-collaboration skills with major ecosystem partners, including Google, OpenAI, MSFT, and payment providers, among others. * Proven track record of leading high-performing product and design teams through rapid growth and change. * Ability to balance vision with execution, leading teams to deliver iterative business value rapidly while LLM specifications continue to evolve. * Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems (LLMs, PSPs, and System Integrators). * Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and articulating the business value of emerging technology. Nice-to-have: * Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or building products with MCP and commerce protocols like ACP or UCP. * Exposure to B2B commerce complexity, including massive catalogs and customer-specific pricing within agentic contexts. * Understanding of the competitive landscape including Stripe ACS and emerging agentic commerce platforms. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Staff Product Manager (reporting into the Head of Product) your job is to help us make equity work for our customers. Your primary focus will be to scale the most foundational parts of our platform as we expand across new markets globally and move upmarket to serve the largest public businesses: equity types, transactions, calculations and trading integrations for public companies. You will balance simplicity and flexibility while ensuring data accuracy and driving adoption of these core components through our customers and other teams. AT LEDGY YOU WILL: * Define the vision and strategy for the heart of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading), in collaboration with product and engineering leadership * Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring our equity and cap table management to the next level so that finance and legal teams can trust their equity data is accurate and compliant * Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets * Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer-term platform investments * Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting * Contribute to Ledgy's PM best practices, and model high AI fluency, using AI tools to move faster and work smarter across research, documentation, and delivery * Define and track success metrics for your team's initiatives, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with broader product KPIs IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS: * Be paired with an onboarding buddy who will introduce you to the world of equity management as well as the whole Ledgy team * Get to know the Equity Foundations team engineers, design and domain experts * Understand the complexity, breadth and depth of Ledgy as a platform * Watch call recordings, shadow customer & prospect calls and get in front of your first real customer * Start contributing to roadmap discussions with guidance from team members IN THE FIRST 60 DAYS: * Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory and business requirements our customers face, including those around trading and brokerage integrations * Fully master Ledgy's value proposition, understand our product capabilities and competitive landscape * Understand the data models and key architectural patterns that power Ledgy and their dependencies * Take ownership of key features and product initiatives * Lead sprint planning and collaborate on technical specifications IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS: * Help shape the technical and product direction of our core product * Create a vision to power the evolution of our platform to support enterprise-scale customers with a global footprint that balances simplicity and flexibility while ensuring data accuracy * Engaged with our integration partners and run RFPs to find new ones that helps expand our coverage across markets (e.g. new brokers or payment processors) * Contribute to PM best practices THE JOB IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU: * Have a minimum of 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise-facing roles * Understand financial systems and compliance frameworks * Have scaled complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc). You don’t shy away from detailed legal documentation and specs * Are a fast learner and have a strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems * Think horizontally, can easily spot dependencies and seek opportunities to improve the platform holistically * Experience owning third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity) * Are genuinely excited about startups: you move fast, adapt quickly, and bring energy and ownership to your work even when things are ambiguous * Are well-versed in AI tools and apply them actively to increase your speed and the quality of your output. You're forward-thinking about how AI changes the way PMs work * Have a strong sense of accountability, ownership and outstanding solution focus * Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, and in the room with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluent in English NICE TO HAVES: * Background in financial services, fintech, or wealth management * Prior experience with equity management, trading, brokerage, or capital markets platforms * Technical background, e.g. Masters in Engineering etc * Previously worked as a PM in a horizontal / platform-adjacent type of team
