About the job
At OpenTable, a part of Booking Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Billing Operations Manager to
oversee our global billing processes for over 60,000 restaurant partners. In this pivotal role, you will build scalable and
accurate billing operations, solve complex financial challenges, and drive continuous improvement across our systems. You will
lead a global team, spearhead the adoption of AI tools to automate workflows, and ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance and
internal controls. By partnering cross-functionally and acting as a subject matter expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping
the future of OpenTable's billing operations and driving long-term strategic success.
This is a hybrid role; working from our London office
