The Sandbox service team at SpaceXAI builds and maintains a secure, scalable system that gives our models safe, controlled access
to computational environments. This infrastructure powers critical workloads across training and product, enabling models to run
code, build software, interact with tools, and even control applications with user interfaces. We provision containers and virtual
machines on large-scale clusters, granting models interactive control over these remote environments. Our work spans the full
stack: from orchestrating massive jobs and resource scheduling at the cluster level, to fine-tuning filesystem performance on
nodes. The Sandbox service enables Grok to safely run and test code in real-time for user queries, and supports reinforcement
learning in training, where models interactively explore tools ranging from compilers to productivity apps.

What You'll Do: * Innovate and Deploy: Drive the execution of Adyen's AI strategy, focusing on the practical application of Generative AI (GenAI) and other AI methodologies in finance. This includes contributing to Adyen's efforts in key research areas such as AI agents for data analysis and operational workflows, human-in-the-loop for integrity risk, and development of foundation models. For instance, you might contribute to initiatives like the Data Agent Benchmark for Multi-step Reasoning (DABStep), which evaluates AI agents on real-world data analysis tasks, including those from the financial sector. * Build Production-grade Applications: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and production by implementing research papers into robust, scalable, and production-ready code. You'll turn ambiguous customer support problems into reliable, observable AI agents that handle live conversations for real users. You'll work close to production — designing prompts and tool flows, building eval suites, shipping changes, watching what breaks, and iterating fast. * Build and operate AI agents in production: Design, implement, and maintain agentic systems powered by LLMs — handling tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and integration with customer APIs and data sources. You'll own these systems end-to-end: reliable, observable, and auditable from day one. * Translate business problems into agentic workflows: Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, surface the highest-leverage automation opportunities, and frame them as well-scoped agent problems with clear success criteria.
