We Are Sparta
Sparta is the next-generation commodity trading platform.
We give trading desks the clarity, control, and collaboration they need to move faster and trade smarter.
In February 2025, we secured $42 million in Series B funding. Now we’re scaling up across the business, and it’s an exciting time
to join.
Our people are the driving force behind everything we do. At Sparta, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, backed by a team who
wants you to succeed. You’ll be challenged, supported, and given room to grow. Because building something this ambitious takes
everyone at their best.
At Sparta, your work has reach. From improving our platform, to powering smarter decisions for our customers, to changing how
commodity trading is done around the world.
And because we’re growing fast, you won’t just build your career. You’ll accelerate it, with a level of ownership and impact you
simply don’t get at bigger, more bureaucratic companies.
A Product Manager (PM) at Sparta is the cross‑functional owner directly responsible for a product’s success. They sit at the
intersection of customers, business, and technology, turning ambiguous problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, and shipped
products that create measurable business impact.
The PM’s core responsibility is to deeply understand our customers, their workflows, and the decisions they need to make, and then
define products that help them achieve better outcomes. They link product strategy to company strategy, ensuring the roadmap
builds toward coherent, long‑term outcomes rather than a series of disconnected features.
You will typically own one or more Sparta products (e.g. Curves, Knowledge, Intelligence, Enterprise, Mobile, API) and work
closely with commodity trading experts. This role requires a combination of structured product thinking, data fluency, stakeholder
management, and strong execution skills.
You are a team player who loves solving problems, engaging directly with users, and building products that create real business
value. You are equally comfortable thinking in terms of user stories and workflows, data and metrics, and long‑term product
vision.
This role can be based out of London, Madrid or Barcelona, working on a hybrid basis- ideally 2- 3 days a week in the office with
the team

Own the backlog for your product area. Frame trade-offs, prioritise for impact, and align teams around clear goals. Remove
blockers, coordinate across functions, and ensure launches balance speed, quality and customer value.
Be the voice of the customer
Develop deep empathy for user workflows and decision-making. Combine qualitative insight with product analytics to guide
decisions, measure success, and continuously improve outcomes.
Shape product strategy and roadmap
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to Sparta’s strategy and revenue goals. Maintain a transparent, prioritised
roadmap that balances strategic bets, customer needs, and technical constraints.
Influence and align across teams
Build trusted relationships across engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and leadership. Act as a strong product voice —
aligning stakeholders, communicating context clearly, and driving decisions with conviction and data.

products. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

The way companies innovate is broken. The systems built to create and protect ideas can’t keep up with the pace of change. Today, 90% of S&P 500 company value is intangible (e.g., in intellectual property) - yet R&D and IP teams spend half their time buried in manual work, sifting through patents and paperwork instead of pushing the frontier forward. The tools of creating and protecting are stuck in the past. We’re here to fix that. Ankar is building the R&D tools for the AI era and defining what applied research will look like in the next 20 years. We’re building infrastructure and product experiences our customers rely on every day. You’ll translate messy, ambiguous problems into clean, dependable software—and you’ll do it at the cutting-edge of AI. We’re at an inflection point: * We’ve raised >$24M to date from Tier-1 VCs like Atomico, Index Ventures, Norrsken, Daphni, and angels like the Founder of Hugging Face, CEO from Datadog, and Leaders from DeepMind and OpenAI. * We’re already working with the world’s most innovative companies including Fortune 500 company L’Oréal and global law firm Vorys * Expanding our world-class team with alumni from Palantir, Amazon, and BCG to tackle the $1T+ innovation market. We’re just getting started. What you’ll be doing Build world-class product. Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems and user-facing product experiences that customers depend on. * Translate messy problems into dependable software. Work from first principles to turn ambiguous requirements into clear, maintainable, production-ready solutions. * Ship fast and iterate constantly. Deliver quickly, learn from real feedback, and refine the product week by week with direct access to customers. * Own the mission end-to-end. Take full ownership of new product work from design to implementation, release, feedback and iteration. * Drive clarity, velocity, and long-term quality. Establish patterns, improve feedback practices, and help shape product direction as Ankar’s mission evolves. * Partner deeply with engineers and customers. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure what we build is useful, usable, and impactful. Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience leading the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing products. * Experience owning projects independently, including problem discovery, scoping, execution, rollout, and iteration based on feedback and data. * Strong analytical and systems thinking: ability to reason across design and engineering constraints, and strive for maintainable product solutions. * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment across teams. * Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with engineering and design to define user workflows and ship high-quality experiences. * Experience in fast-moving startups or high-ownership environments, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes. Culture at Ankar: Culture at Ankar is how we think, build, and operate. We’re building a generational company that redefines how the world’s best R&D teams create and protect ideas. * Contrarian - we think from first principles: We think deeply, question assumptions, and build from first principles. The best ideas come from clarity and rigour. * Creative - we build with taste: We’re building the R&D tools for the AI era and shaping what applied research looks like over the next 20 years. We care about precision, quality, and systems that last. * Competitiveness - we play to win: We move with urgency and set a very high bar for ourselves and each other. Every win raises the bar. Every challenge sharpens us. This role is not for you if... * You need a highly structured environment, a predefined playbook, regular working hours, or a schedule that never requires travel. We operate with high autonomy and ownership, expect our team to go above and beyond, be obsessed with our mission and thrive in ambiguity rather than wait for direction. * You prefer long planning cycles and certainty before acting. We move quickly, ship often, and adapt based on customer feedback and new information. * You want to manage the work rather than do the work. We're builders first, and everyone is expected to contribute directly to creating exceptional products. * You take it personally when ideas are challenged, priorities shift, or work gets redirected. We care more about finding the right answer than defending a particular one. What we put behind our people Building at the frontier takes exceptional people. We invest accordingly. * Health Insurance : Full private health & dental coverage for you and your dependents. * Pension: Flexible pension scheme with up to 5% employer matching on qualifying earnings. * Food on us: Team lunches twice a week, plus dinner when working late in the office. * Cycle to work: Green Commute initiative scheme (up to £3k) to help you get a new bike tax-free. * Way we work: We combine deep, in-person collaboration (3 days/week in our Shoreditch office) with flexibility and trust. What matters is ownership, impact, and results, not where you work from. * Visa sponsorship: Yes

Job Title: Product Manager Location: London, N1 Reports To: Head of Product Contract: Full-time, Permanent Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product team. What you'll do * Work across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business Development to define and ship product features that matter * Turn ambiguous business problems into clear, sprint-ready requirements — user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases and all * Own UAT, catching issues before they reach customers * Manage relationships with enterprise clients — acting as a trusted, responsive point of contact who can navigate complex organisations and keep delivery on track * Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed without over-engineering the process * Use data and customer insight to make decisions and measure what's working What we're looking for * You have 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B fintech, financial services, or regulated platforms * You’ve worked in Agile environments and know how to write requirements that developers can actually use * You’re comfortable with both API and file-based integration patterns — you understand REST API design and consumption, and you’ve worked with batch file processes (SFTP, CSV) of the kind that large financial institutions depend on * You think about UX at every layer, not just the interface — from how an API response is structured to how an end user moves through a flow * You're customer-obsessed — you dig into the why behind requests, not just the what * You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating from there * You take ownership end-to-end. If something falls through the cracks, you notice and fix it * You can hold a lot in your head — understanding how features interact with systems, compliance constraints, and partner needs simultaneously * You communicate with precision and adapt your style to the audience — whether that’s a technical lead, a compliance team, or a C-suite contact at a large institution * You’re highly organised — you track open threads, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch * You have experience managing enterprise or institutional clients — you understand how large organisations make decisions and know how to build trust while keeping delivery moving The reality of the role This is a high-ownership position at a scaling startup that serves large, complex institutions. You’ll need to move fast and ship with confidence while managing the expectations and processes that come with enterprise clients. There will be ambiguity, competing priorities, and problems without obvious answers. If that’s where you do your best work, we’d love to hear from you. Why Join Bondsmith? * Bondsmith is a fintech success story in the making. We’re a small, focused team delivering real value to major enterprise clients, and the demand for what we’re building continues to grow. As an early joiner, you’ll have the rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shape the future of our products, and grow alongside the company. If you're excited by high-growth environments and want your work to matter, Bondsmith is the place to be. Company Benefits * Competitive salary 💸 * Hybrid working (average of 3 days a week expected in office) * Healthcare 🏥 * Pension scheme 💰 * Share scheme participation 📈 * All the right equipment to make sure you’re working at your best 💻 * Deliveroo for working late in the office 🍔

Diversity, collaboration, and purpose are the heartbeat of our success. 💡 We were among the first to harness the power of AI in regulatory intelligence, and we continue to lead with our cutting-edge technology. At CUBE, You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI research and engineering in developing impactful solutions that are reshaping the world of regulatory compliance. Purpose: This is fundamentally a product builder role responsible for defining and building great products across CUBE. We’re looking for someone who gets hands-on: prototyping ideas quickly, running discovery with customers and staying close to the work through delivery. Someone who uses AI and agentic tooling as a personal force multiplier, ships with pace, and raises the bar on what the team can produce. Product decisions are grounded in what regulated institutions actually need, not just what they ask for, and success is measured in customer outcomes, not feature count. What You’ll Do: * Own your product area end to end: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, launch, and iteration. * Get close to customers and the problem space: run discovery interviews, dig into usage data, and develop a sharp, evidence-based point of view on what to build and why. * Prototype ideas early and often: use AI-generated prototypes, or whatever it takes to make an idea tangible, test assumptions fast, and avoid building the wrong thing. * Use AI and agentic tooling as a personal force multiplier: faster research, faster prototyping, faster requirements and help the team around you do the same. * Write detailed, well-reasoned requirements that give engineering and design exactly what they need. Define success metrics upfront and track them through to delivery. * Stay close to the work through delivery: collaborate daily with engineering and design, unblock problems quickly, and coordinate launches including enablement and go to market. * Make confident scope, quality, and timeline trade-off calls: staying decisive with incomplete information and keeping the team moving. * Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, with the confidence to defend prioritisation decisions. What You’ll Bring: * Builder Mindset & Bias to Action: prototypes, tests, and ships with pace, staying decisive with incomplete information rather than waiting for certainty. * AI & Agentic Tooling Fluency: hands on with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling to move faster, and brings the team along in adopting them. * Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms, with a clear track record of owning and shipping product, not just supporting it. * Demonstrated track record of defining what to build (not just executing on someone else’s roadmap) and shipping it through to measurable customer outcomes. * Proven experience running customer discovery and turning insight into sharp product decisions comfortable going direct to customers, not just working through intermediaries. * History of working effectively with engineering, design, and commercial teams in an agile environment on complex, multi-stakeholder products. * Comfort with data-informed decision-making: defining metrics, analysing product performance, and using evidence to prioritise. Domain Knowledge (Desirable): * Understanding of operational risk, regulatory compliance and the likely customer challenges in the RegTech sector. Interested? If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform regulatory compliance and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply. Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and interest in CUBE. CUBE is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
