We're scaling fast and we need someone who can build a sales team that scales with us.
This is a role for a leader who gets things done, someone who can coach a team of Account Executives to consistently hit targets,
build a disciplined outbound motion from the ground up, and bring real rigour to pipeline and forecasting. Not someone who manages
from a dashboard. Someone who's in it with the team.
You'll own new logo growth. That means hunter mentality, structured process, and the ability to spot when something's going wrong
before it shows up in the numbers.

You've managed Enterprise AEs in B2B SaaS for at least 3–5 years, ideally with exposure to more than one European market, and you
know what good looks like. You've seen structured sales orgs at scale and you've worked in fast-moving environments where you had
to figure things out as you went - including the reality of running a team spread across different countries, cultures, and buying
norms. You're direct, execution-oriented, and you genuinely enjoy building the systems that make a team predictable.
You set a high bar - but you know that hitting targets consistently is about clarity and process, not just pressure.

SALES MANAGER, VENUES & ATTRACTIONS – EMEA Function: Sales (Net-New Business Development) Reports to: VP Sales, EMEA Location: London / EMEA (with 40% travel) ABOUT THE ROLE: Disguise is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive net-new revenue across Location-Based Experiences (LBX) in EMEA, including entertainment venues, sports stadiums, immersive installations, themed attractions, museums, brand experiences, and flagship destinations. This is a pure "Hunter" role for an individual contributor who excels at opening doors and closing high-value deals in permanent environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Partner closely with the VP Sales EMEA and regional leadership to advance and close strategic LBX opportunities across stadiums, venues, and immersive destinations. * Drive individual sales growth by identifying and winning new business opportunities valued at $250k–$2m+ within the LBX sector. * Design and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to expand Disguise’s presence across sports stadiums, arenas, entertainment venues, themed attractions, immersive installations, and enterprise flagship environments. * Develop and deepen relationships with key system integrators and consultants across the region to unlock new fixed-installation opportunities. * Produce accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for both hardware and software within Salesforce and Clari. * Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and high-impact presentations to negotiating complex contracts and closing. * Partner with the Design Solutions, Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that specifically address the needs of the fixed-installation market. * Attend major industry events (e.g., ISE, IAAPA Europe) as a subject matter expert, comfortable delivering public presentations on the future of immersive attractions. * Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time across the EMEA region to meet with partners and visit project sites. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: * Sales Background - 7-10+ years of proven new business development experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as stadiums, themed entertainment, live venues, or permanent AV installations. * Experience working on SOWs documentation. * Ecosystem Knowledge - Strong existing network and experience working alongside System Integrators (SIs) and technical consultants is an advantage * Closing Ability - Proven track record of closing complex technical deals ($250K–$2M+) with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. * Expert for structured sales processes such as MEDDPICC or BANT. * Ability to present and influence effectively at all levels (including C-suite and Technical Directors) regarding real-time visual software and media servers. * Solid experience in pipeline management and forecasting for projects with 6-month to 1+ year timelines. The Opportunity This is not a “dashboard only” leadership role. We are looking for a leader who thrives in the details, understands enterprise complexity, and is passionate about developing top tier sales talent. As we continue to scale across EMEA, we are looking for a proven Enterprise Sales Manager who does not just lead from the sidelines but rolls up their sleeves, masters the product, and builds a team that consistently wins. You will lead a team of up to 6 Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA - with top geographic focus in UK&I, Northern Europe and DACH - driving strategic growth in large, complex accounts. You will be expected to deeply understand Bynder’s product, positioning, competitive landscape, and enterprise buying dynamics and translate that expertise into coaching that elevates the entire team. What You Will Do Lead From the Front * Partner directly with your AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings * Help shape account strategies, qualification rigor, deal execution, and negotiation tactics * Actively contribute to deal strategy and executive alignment. Build and Develop a Winning Team * Recruit, hire, and onboard high performing enterprise sellers * Create a culture of accountability, learning, and consistent overperformance * Coach your team on enterprise sales methodology, deal strategy, and executive selling * Conduct impactful weekly one on ones, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls. Master the Product and Teach It * Become an expert in Bynder’s platform, use cases, integrations, and roadmap * Stay deeply informed about market trends and competitors * Lead regular enablement sessions on product updates, positioning, and situational selling * Ensure your team can confidently articulate business value to C level buyers. Drive Performance Through Discipline * Maintain high standards for pipeline hygiene, qualification rigor, and forecast accuracy * Inspect what you expect and consistently monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and demand generation activity * Partner closely with Marketing to optimize enterprise pipeline creation * Accurately report activity and forecasting to senior sales leadership. Collaborate Across the Business * Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership * Be the voice of the enterprise field by bringing market feedback back into the organization. Qualifications * 5 years minimum experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales * 5 years minimum experience in management or leadership role * Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, a plus * Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing enterprise sales team within a SaaS sales environment * Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting * Successful track record in a high transaction sales environment, closing business and exceeding quota * Experience selling to marketing and creative teams * Experience managing individual contributors, leading by example, inspiring a team to foster the right behaviors * Training experience including the ability to lead from a consultative sales approach * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to think of solutions on the spot * Passion for technology, SaaS, cloud vertical.
