About 9fin
9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion.
Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces
this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value
workflows across global markets.
Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms,
law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention
driven by deep workflow adoption.
We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward
becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide.
Our AI product area is growing. We already have two Product Managers working across conversational AI, agentic workflows, and
domain-specific automation, and we need a third to expand our capacity as the scope of AI at 9fin accelerates.
Backed by over $170M in funding (Series C), we are scaling rapidly across product, engineering, and go-to-market. AI is not a
bolt-on feature at 9fin; it is the core differentiator for the next phase of the company.
You will join an established AI PM team and take ownership of a product area within our AI surface. This could span new AI-powered
features for credit analysts, workflow automation for legal and financial analysis, or expanding our conversational AI into new
domains. The team has already built evaluation infrastructure and quality frameworks; you will use and contribute to these rather
than build them from scratch.
You will work within our product organization (eight squads across AI, data, and domain verticals) and partner closely with ML
engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and designers. This is a high-autonomy role with real scope to shape what 9fin's AI
products can do for our clients.

Diversity, collaboration, and purpose are the heartbeat of our success. 💡 We were among the first to harness the power of AI in regulatory intelligence, and we continue to lead with our cutting-edge technology. At CUBE, You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI research and engineering in developing impactful solutions that are reshaping the world of regulatory compliance. PURPOSE: This role owns product strategy and execution for CUBE’s RegPlatform and PoweredBy Apps portfolio — Modular Apps, Agentic Apps, the MicroApps platform, and the CUBE App Store — the application surfaces through which enterprise clients and partners experience CUBE’s regulatory intelligence within the systems and workflows they already use. We are looking for a full-stack product builder — someone who obsesses over customer problems, drives discovery deeply, sets strategy, and ships. The role leads the Apps squad, owns the 0–1 rollout of CUBE’s MicroApps architecture, and brings agentic AI applications to market in partnership with CUBE’s agentic AI product team. It acts as the primary product voice for the Apps portfolio, engaging directly with enterprise clients and partners and contributing to commercial success and retention across both motions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own product strategy and roadmap for CUBE’s RegPlatform and PoweredBy Apps portfolio, translating business priorities into quarterly delivery plans that serve both direct enterprise and partner-channel motions. * Lead deep customer and partner discovery to identify the most valuable problems to solve, validate solution direction, and ensure every meaningful product decision is grounded in evidence. * Lead the 0–1 rollout of CUBE’s MicroApps architecture, partnering with engineering and design to establish the foundational application capability that unlocks downstream use cases, agentic applications, and native integrations at pace. * Bring agentic AI applications to market, productising capabilities from CUBE’s agentic AI product team into application experiences that deliver measurable value to enterprise clients and partners, and set the bar for AI-powered regulatory workflows. * Deliver native lighthouse integrations into the collaboration and productivity platforms enterprise users and partners already operate in, bringing CUBE’s regulatory intelligence into the surfaces where regulatory work actually happens. * Establish and grow the CUBE App Store as a coherent, navigable surface that exposes the breadth of the Apps portfolio to enterprise customers and partners. * Drive user experience excellence across the Apps portfolio, ensuring application design meets platform standards and delivers intuitive workflows for regulatory professionals. * Partner with engineering squads to define requirements, prioritise backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of application capabilities that meet quality and performance standards. * Engage directly with enterprise clients (Tier 1 financial institutions) and partners to understand application usage, gather requirements, and validate product direction through discovery workshops and feedback sessions. * Conduct competitive analysis on enterprise application design, agentic AI experiences, app marketplaces, and collaboration-embedded regulatory tooling, contributing market intelligence to inform platform differentiation and feature prioritisation. * Own product analytics for the Apps portfolio, defining and tracking adoption, engagement, and workflow effectiveness metrics that demonstrate value across both motions. * Collaborate across product and engineering teams to ensure consistency, shared component reuse, and a cohesive CUBE experience across application surfaces. * Support commercial activities by contributing to client and partner demonstrations, value propositions, and go-to-market materials for the Apps portfolio. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate product delivery and documentation, contributing to the team’s AI-enhanced working practices and bringing demonstrable judgement on how agentic experiences should be designed, evaluated, and brought to market. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * End-to-End Product Ownership: A full-stack product builder — owns the whole product arc from discovery and strategy through to delivery, launch, analytics, and iteration. Not a delivery-only or feature-only PM. * Customer Discovery: Obsesses over customer problems. Demonstrably skilled in problem discovery, user interviews, jobs-to-be-done thinking, and translating ambiguous customer pain into clear product opportunities. Discovery is treated as a continuous practice, not a kick-off phase. * Domain Expertise: Develops deep knowledge of enterprise application design, microapp / micro-frontend architectures, agentic application patterns, app store dynamics, and the collaboration ecosystems in which enterprise users and partners operate. Becomes a subject matter expert for the Apps portfolio. * Agentic AI Product Building: Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI capabilities applied to enterprise software. Brings substantive judgement on how agentic experiences should be scoped, designed, evaluated, productised, and brought to market — including the gap between AI capability and production readiness. * Strategic Execution: Translates platform strategy into detailed roadmaps and delivery plans. Balances 0–1 foundational build (MicroApps architecture) with shipping concrete application lighthouses that prove the architecture in market. * Requirements & Delivery: Defines clear product requirements, manages backlogs effectively, and ensures consistent delivery quality aligned with platform standards. * Data & Analytics: Defines and tracks product metrics, analyses usage patterns, and uses data to inform prioritisation and demonstrate product value across both motions. * Market & Competitive Awareness: Monitors the enterprise application, agentic AI, app marketplace, and collaboration-platform landscape, identifies market trends, and contributes intelligence to platform differentiation strategy. * Stakeholder Management: Builds effective relationships with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders. Engages confidently with enterprise clients and partners, including in agentic AI discovery contexts. * AI-Augmented Working: Proficient with AI tools for productivity and delivery acceleration, using them strategically to compress cycle times and raise output quality. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: * Multiple years of product management experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or platform applications. * Demonstrable track record as a full-stack product builder — owning the whole arc from discovery through to delivery and outcomes, not just one phase. * Strong customer discovery skills with concrete examples of finding meaningful customer problems and translating them into shipped products. * Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic AI products in an enterprise context — not just adjacent to AI features, but accountable for them: scoping, evaluating, productising, and taking them to market. * Experience shipping application products built on micro-frontend or modular application architectures, or a demonstrable track record of leading a 0–1 foundational application capability. * Experience with GRC platforms, regulatory technology, or financial services software preferred. * Proven track record of shipping application features that drive user adoption and measurable business outcomes. * Experience working directly with enterprise clients and partners, including discovery sessions and feedback workshops. * Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics. * Demonstrated proficiency with AI productivity tools for product management workflows. Interested? If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform regulatory compliance and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply. Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and interest in CUBE. CUBE is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
Do you want to build the AI systems that compliance teams rely on to investigate real financial crime? Are you excited about taking agentic workflows from prototype to production at scale? Do you want your work to directly help catch bad actors moving money across blockchains? Elliptic is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI team. It is the team behind Elliptic's copilot, the AI product that helps compliance investigators trace fund flows, surface patterns, and respond to risk in real time. This role sits at the centre of that work, designing the agentic systems, LLM integrations, and backend services that turn complex blockchain data into useful answers. You'll join a focused team that cares about the quality of what it builds and gives you the space to do your best work. There's real ownership here, breadth across AI and backend systems, and the freedom to turn good ideas into shipped products. The problems are technically challenging, and the work is visible. The impact you will have: As a Senior AI Engineer on the AI team, you'll own significant parts of the Agentic stack that power Elliptic's copilot. You'll lead the design of agentic workflows, drive technical decisions on how we build and operate LLM-based features, and help raise the engineering standard across the team. You'll partner with product, web engineers, and your engineering lead to take complex problems from ambiguity to shipped product, and you'll mentor more junior engineers as the team grows. What you will do: * Design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered features that power Elliptic's copilot, using LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. * Lead the design of agents, tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines that turn complex blockchain data into useful answers for investigators. * Build and own evaluation frameworks that measure and improve the quality, reliability, and latency of LLM outputs. * Design and build the backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems that support these features, using TypeScript and Node.js. * Drive technical design reviews and architecture decisions for AI workstreams. * Mentor and coach more junior engineers through pair programming, code review, and design feedback. * Raise the engineering bar across the team by promoting good practices in testing, observability, and AI system reliability. * Influence cross-team decisions on how AI capabilities integrate with the rest of the Elliptic platform. What you will achieve in the first 6 months: * Owned and shipped at least one significant AI capability end-to-end, from ambiguous problem statement through to production. * Driven the technical direction of an AI workstream, including architecture, evaluation, and rollout. * Established or improved at least one team practice for building AI systems (evals, observability patterns, prompt management, rollout safety). * Mentored junior engineers on AI engineering practices and contributed to their growth. * Built strong working relationships across product, web engineering, data engineering, and DevOps. * Started to influence adjacent teams on how Elliptic builds with AI. You will be a great fit here if you: * Care about building AI systems that work reliably in production, not just demos. * Have strong instincts for trade-offs specific to LLM systems: cost vs latency vs quality, deterministic vs probabilistic behaviour, when to use an agent vs a workflow. * Can take ambiguous AI problems and break them into shippable pieces with clear evaluation criteria. * Communicate clearly with non-engineers (product, stakeholders, leadership) about AI capabilities and limitations. * Have coached or mentored other engineers and enjoy raising the bar through reviews, pairing, and feedback. * Are genuinely curious about the domain and find blockchain investigations and financial crime prevention interesting. Our ideal candidate has: * 5-8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years of meaningful production work building LLM-powered features. * Direct experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. * Hands-on experience building agentic systems: tool use, multi-step reasoning, planning, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns. * Practical understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management, and managing the trade-offs of working with LLMs. * Experience building and running evaluations for LLM outputs (eval sets, LLM-as-judge, regression testing). * Strong backend skills in TypeScript / Node.js, with solid API design. * Cloud experience (AWS: Lambda, ECS, S3, or similar). * Database proficiency across SQL (Postgres) and some NoSQL exposure. * Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers. * Uses AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) critically and effectively as part of their day-to-day workflow. Bonus points for: * Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar). * Experience designing multi-agent systems and agent orchestration patterns. * Familiarity with LLM observability tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize, or similar). * Experience working with multiple model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-weight models) or with fine-tuning. * Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code tooling. * Experience with observability platforms like Datadog. * Distributed or event-driven architectures (SNS, SQS). * Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or compliance. JOB BENEFITS > How we work: * Hybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year * £500 Remote working budget to set up your home office space > Learning & Development: * $1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development > Vacation/ Leave: * Holidays: 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays * An extra day for your birthday * Enhanced parental leave: we provide eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether they become a parent by birth or adoption, 16 weeks fully-paid leave and leave. > Benefits: * Private Health Insurance - we use Vitality! * Full access to Spill Mental Health Support * Life Assurance: we hope you will never need this - but our cover is for 4 times your salary to your beneficiaries * Cycle to Work Scheme We know Diversity and Inclusion is much deeper than just hiring, but it's important for us to mention it here. We welcome and embrace individuals of all backgrounds and identities at Elliptic, and this is an ongoing priority for us. We know incredible people don't all think in the same way. We want to be challenged every day. We believe our diverse team of individuals underpins this by bringing creative thinking and innovation to Elliptic every day. We are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, so we welcome applications from everyone, even if you may not think you fit all of the requirements of our roles. We foster an environment of psychological safety, where everyone feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work.
Tessl is a fast-growing Series A startup based in London, founded by Guy Podjarny. We’ve raised over $100M from world-class investors including Index Ventures, Accel, GV, and Boldstart, and in 2025 we were ranked #2 in Sifted EU’s B2B SaaS Rising 100 and #20 in Sifted's AI 100. At Tessl, we are building the context layer for AI coding agents, and a platform for AI-native software development. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape how we build, scale and support a company operating at the edge of AI and software development. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Member of Product Staff — a senior, hands-on product manager who can own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end and help define how product is practised as the team grows. This is a generalist role. The patterns for how developers work with AI agents are still forming, and you'll have a direct hand in shaping them across the product — from the CLI and core platform to the new bets we'll place as we expand. Much of the work is 0-to-1: you'll shape product direction amid genuine ambiguity, translate fast-moving model and research breakthroughs into experiences developers trust, and decide what's worth building when there's no settled playbook. We also expect this person to be building a genuinely AI-native product practice: using the best available tools to think more clearly, move faster, and raise the quality of the work. We're not looking for someone who uses AI occasionally — we want someone actively developing how they work with it, and setting the standard for the team. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON * Own product areas end to end. Take problems from early concept through discovery, definition, launch, and iteration — setting priorities for a cross-functional team and making the calls on what matters most. * Develop deep product sense for developer workflows. Spend real time with developers and engineering teams to understand how they think, where they struggle, and where AI creates the most leverage. Turn those observations into specific, well-reasoned product decisions. * Translate frontier capability into product. Partner closely with engineering and research to turn new model capabilities and agentic breakthroughs into reliable, high-value developer experiences. * Shape strategy, not just execute it. Bring a clear point of view to roadmap and direction. You'll be in the room for strategy conversations and expected to help shape outcomes, not just respond to decisions already made. * Lead through influence. Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, research, GTM and leadership — and as a credible voice with customers. Keep a globally-minded, fast-moving team rowing in the same direction. * Maintain a high quality bar at speed. Ship quickly without losing rigour, and hold the line on quality and developer trust even when the product is changing fast. * Build an AI-native product process. Define which tools and workflows raise quality and pace, share what you learn, and help set how product gets done at Tessl. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: Roughly 6+ years in product management (or equivalent), with a track record of shipping real, technically demanding products end to end. Comfortable operating at a senior IC level with significant autonomy. * Product sense & judgment: Strong instincts for what to build and why, backed by good business judgment and the ability to reason clearly under ambiguity and incomplete information. * Technical fluency: A track record of building for technically sophisticated users — developers, engineers, or data professionals. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely curious about how the systems you build for actually work, and able to partner with research and engineering at a technical level. * 0-to-1 instinct: Comfortable shaping direction where there's no settled product, market, or process. You're drawn to ambiguity rather than unsettled by it. * Collaboration & communication: Excellent communicator who can align and influence engineers, designers, researchers and leaders who think differently to you. Confident enough to hold a point of view, flexible enough to run with the best idea wherever it comes from. * Domain experience (a plus): Developer tools, AI/ML applications, or productivity infrastructure. Exposure to CLI tooling, agentic workflows, or evaluation systems is a genuine advantage. We don't have all the answers yet. This is a role where you'll help define new patterns, work at the edge of what's known, and shape how product is practised at a company still figuring things out in the best possible way. If that excites you, and you feel you'd be a strong fit even if you don't meet every criterion listed, we'd encourage you to apply. SALARY AND BENEFITS Office: Our brand new 10,000 sq. ft office is in the AI hub of Kings Cross, London. We have generous catering and regular social events such as team lunches, drinks and more. We require all staff to be in our London HQ at least 3 days a week on our anchor days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills and employee share options, benchmarked against industry standards. Benefits: 25 days holiday, health insurance, including dental and vision, which extends to partners and dependents, as well as a company-matched pension. We also provide a commuting stipend for those who live outside London, and a cycle to work scheme. APPLICATION PROCESS 1. Screening call 2. Case study presentation (with the hiring panel) 3. Final round — cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and a hands-on PM workshop 4. Leadership Chat We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’re building at Tessl and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
