The role: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who treats marketing as a set of experiments to run, not a calendar to fill. You are a true generalist. You can write a landing page in the morning, ship a paid test by lunch, wire up an automation in the afternoon, and read the numbers the next day to decide what to kill and what to double down on. You love brand and you love growth, and you do not think the two are in tension. You are as comfortable obsessing over a headline as you are over a conversion rate. You are AI-native: you use AI to do the work of a team several times your size, and you are always building the next system that lets you move faster. This is a build-from-scratch role with real ownership. You will set the standards, build the playbooks, and have the freedom to try ideas that sound slightly mad on paper. Most will not work. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for a strategic, full-stack Field Marketing Manager to lead Stripe's marketing efforts across Northern and Southern Europe (encompassing Benelux, Nordics, CEE, Iberia, Italy, and adjacent markets). This is a senior individual contributor role for a builder who owns the end-to-end regional marketing strategy—from brand and thought leadership to pipeline generation and execution. These markets are at various stages of maturity, with distinct audiences, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities. You'll build a scalable marketing strategy that addresses the unique needs of each market while maintaining strategic coherence across the region. You are equally comfortable setting the vision as you are working hands-on to execute—operating with pace in a fast-moving environment, navigating multiple stakeholders, and driving outcomes across complex, matrixed teams. You'll work hand-in-hand with GTM leadership to identify market opportunities, translate global priorities into locally resonant programmes, and partner across all marketing functions to ensure the right programmes, investments, and resources are in place to drive growth. Your mandate extends beyond demand generation—you'll define how Stripe builds brand, establishes thought leadership, and deploys an influence strategy that positions Stripe as the partner of choice across all segments and target audiences in your region. About the Role As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact. You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning. You will be responsible for building scalable playbooks that ensure repeatable success across regions. This role also serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership. You will align messaging, coordinate activation strategies, manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up. Establishing clear success metrics - including meetings secured, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence and revenue attribution - will be critical, as will continuously analysing performance data to refine and optimise strategy. Global travel will be required as necessary to support high-impact initiatives.
