About 9fin
9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion.
Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces
this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value
workflows across global markets.
Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms,
law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention
driven by deep workflow adoption.
We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward
becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide.

LONDON/HYBRID £60,000 - £80,000 + SHARE OPTIONS UP TO £31,500 + BENEFITS 💬 ACCURX IS WHERE CONVERSATIONS HAPPEN WITH AND ABOUT PATIENTS. For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. We’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices. Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time. THE TEAM We have a massive vision and even more ideas, but right now, our ambitions are outstripping our capacity. We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is ready to be a foundational force in our data function - not just reporting on what happened, but identifying what needs to happen next. At Accurx, we don't just wait for a roadmap to be handed down; we expect you to help shape it. As a Senior, you’ll be a strategic partner to your pod leads, proactively hunting for the insights that will define our next move. You’ll be expected to challenge our assumptions, lead high-stakes projects from end-to-end, and act as a mentor to those around you. This is a role for a high-agency critical thinker who is energised by the "blank canvas" of a growing function and has the drive to turn raw data into a better reality for millions of patients. CHALLENGES YOU’LL SOLVE... * You will translate product vision into measurable strategy by partnering deeply with Pod Leads to define what success looks like and ensuring every initiative is backed by a robust measurement framework. * You will lead our experimentation initiatives by independently proposing and running A/B tests - or other rigorous methodologies- to validate product hypotheses and influence our direction. * You will interrogate user behaviour to find the "why" by leading end-to-end analytical projects that look past the surface to find the underlying drivers of engagement and retention. * You will build the engine for self-service insights by creating the dashboards and mental models that ensure your pod has high-quality data at their fingertips to move fast. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You are a strategic investigator who identifies trends and bottlenecks before they are raised as tickets, effectively using data to tell us what we should be doing next. * You have a proven track record of influencing product through strong "Product Thinking," with deep expertise in conversion funnels, activation, retention, and cohort analysis. * You are an independent project leader who can take a vague business question and turn it into a structured, technical investigation without needing a map. * You have a high-level technical toolkit, with mastery of SQL and the ability to use Python * You are a mentor and a multiplier, excited to share your knowledge, elevate the technical bar of the team, and help others communicate their findings more clearly. * You are a power user of product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, capable of setting the standard for how we track and visualise user behaviour across the platform. WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to fix healthcare communication * £60,000 - £80,000 salary + share options up to £31,500 * Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life * Flexible working: We are an office-first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am - 4pm * Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year * Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support * We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat!
Our Story Hello there. We’re Zopa. We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. Our vision for a new era of banking puts people front and centre — we’ve built a business that empowers everyone to aim high, every day, to move finance forward. Find out more about our fantastic offerings at Zopa.com! We’re incredibly proud of our achievements and none of it would be possible without the amazing team here. It’s not just industry awards we’re winning, we’ve also been named in the top three UK’s Most Loved Workplaces. If you embrace unconventional challenges, are unafraid to think differently and are driven to make an outsized impact, you’ll thrive here at Zopa, so join us, and make it count. Want to see us in action? Follow us on Instagram @zopalife The role We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our AI Tribe. This is a hands-on, builder-style role for someone who thinks in experiments, writes code daily, and is as comfortable building a prototype evaluation framework as they are presenting findings to a product lead. The role is technical at its core: you’ll be writing SQL and Python to dig into enrichment performance, building evaluation pipelines to test AI-driven approaches, and prototyping experiments that push the accuracy of our transaction intelligence forward. At the same time, this isn’t a data science role — you’ll be expected to prioritise ruthlessly, move fast, and care about outcomes, not just model performance. The AI tribeThe AI Tribe sits at the heart of how Zopa turns data into intelligent products. We build and evolve the capabilities that transform raw transaction data, Open Banking data, and other behavioural signals into reliable, structured intelligence. A core focus of the tribe is transaction intelligence — how raw transaction data is enriched, categorised, structured, and made usable across the business. This includes merchant and category enrichment, data quality and consistency, and ensuring transaction data integrates cleanly into our broader data models and customer-facing products. As we move toward more AI-first ways of working, the tribe is also rethinking how transaction data should be accessed and used — not just by analysts and product teams, but by AI systems and LLM-powered tools. The work is foundational and long-term in nature: improving systems, shaping strategy, and building capabilities that compound in value over time.
