ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing manager with a passion for strategic TP and solving real-world problems. You’re a clear communicator who thinks from first principles and enjoys working in new and creative ways. You value speed, accuracy, and meaningful impact, and you’ve made significant contributions in your previous roles. You’re confident working independently but know when to collaborate to keep projects moving. You’ve worked directly with clients to prepare high-quality documentation and care deeply about delivering a great customer experience. In this role, you’ll help us provide an amazing experience to customers and automate the way you work. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL * Liaise directly with customers to understand their commercial objectives and their business. * Design transfer pricing policies for a wide variety of global businesses and across all regions to satisfy TP rules and meet commercial objectives. * Implement transfer pricing policies by creating intragroup agreements, instructing customer finance teams, and reviewing accounts. * Explain transfer pricing concepts to non-TP people, ranging from founders to operations leads, to accountants. * Provide forward-looking advice on how customers should structure their business to optimise tax, admin and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with a customer’s other external advisors, including bookkeepers, lawyers and other tax experts. * Use transfer pricing techniques to unlock value in adjacent areas, including sales taxes, R&D claims, withholding tax, banking products, regulatory requirements and others. * Determine a customer’s reporting obligations and prepare the necessary documents to meet these (local files, master files, etc.). As a Transfer Pricing Associate - 12 Month-FTC at Aibidia, you will play a key supporting role within the Professional Services team, helping to deliver high-quality transfer pricing solutions and implementation support for global clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career at the intersection of tax, technology, and client services within a fast-growing SaaS environment. In this role, you will support both administrative and implementation-related activities, ensuring smooth project coordination, accurate data handling, and efficient client onboarding processes. You’ll work closely with experienced transfer pricing professionals, consultants, and cross-functional teams to help clients successfully adopt and utilise the Aibidia platform. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll own our international controllership — keeping our books accurate across multiple legal entities, leading controls and risk documentation, and driving transfer pricing compliance and VAT filings. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, high-growth environment where AI and automation are reshaping the close process, and you'll be central to making it faster and more robust. Specifically, you will… * Responsible for international entities — month end reporting and reconciliations and compliance * Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting: recharges, loan balances, eliminations and intercompany agreement maintenance across the group * Support transfer pricing compliance — maintaining intercompany pricing schedules, coordinating TP documentation with advisors and ensuring policies are accurately reflected in the ledger * Own and evolve the group's financial controls and risk framework (RCM/SOX-lite): document key controls, perform regular testing, identify gaps and drive remediation * Support audit and statutory compliance for international entities; act as first point of contact for auditor queries * Support legal entity restructuring and group reorganisations, ensuring accounting and tax implications are captured * Identify and implement process improvements in NetSuite to drive a rapid, efficient close cycle * Produce analytical commentary on entity-level results for review by the Senior Finance Manager and CFO About You You are a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up.
