Vi söker nu en Produktionscontroller för ett konsultuppdrag hos ett tillverkande industribolag. Uppdraget är placerat vid en produktionsenhet i Dalarna och innebär ett nära samarbete med lokal platschef och produktion. Uppdraget passar dig som vill arbeta verksamhetsnära, med fokus på lönsamhet, kalkyler och affärsstöd i en produktionsmiljö. Om uppdraget I rollen som Produktionscontroller ansvarar du för att analysera och utveckla lönsamhetsberäkningar kopplade till produktionen. Produktionskostnadskalkyler finns redan, men uppdragets kärna är att komplettera och vidareutveckla kalkyler för olika kunder, affärer och marknader. Du fungerar som ett ekonomiskt stöd till platschef och bidrar med analys, struktur och beslutsunderlag för att stärka verksamhetens affärsmässighet. Arbetet kan till viss del ske på distans, men regelbunden närvaro på plats i Dalarna är nödvändig. Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak Ta fram och utveckla lönsamhets- och marginalkalkyler per kund och marknad Analysera produktionskostnader och avvikelser Stödja platschef och lokal ledning med ekonomiska analyser och beslutsunderlag Bidra till förbättrad uppföljning och struktur kring produktions- och affärsekonomi Delta i budget-, prognos- och uppföljningsarbete kopplat till fabriken Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av controlling i tillverkande industri och som trivs i en roll med tydlig koppling till produktion och affär. Collaborate closely with production teams, process engineers, application owners, and global GI stakeholders to collect requirements, define solutions, and secure alignment across all sites. Analyze and model processes (e.g., production workflows, quality checkpoints, traceability, data collection), translating them into clear functional and technical requirements for system enhancements or new Manufacturing capabilities. Support the full lifecycle of manufacturing applications, ensuring security, compliance, reliability, and integration with critical systems. Facilitate workshops, perform gap analyses, lead stakeholder meetings, and create clear documentation to ensure shared understanding and effective decision‑making. Identify opportunities to streamline system landscapes, improve data quality, reduce manual work, and strengthen harmonization across factories. Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, gathering feedback from users, and proposing enhancements to increase value and efficiency. Your Background Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Management Consultant, IT Consultant, or Manufacturing IT Analyst within complex industrial or production environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and model business and manufacturing processes and translate them into actionable requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures. Demonstrate experience working with IT/OT teams, development, operations teams and vendors to deliver high-quality application support and enhancements. Experience with MES platforms, industrial data systems, or integration technologies is an advantage, but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is highly desirable.
