You will be part of one of our dynamic Body Worn teams, within our software organization. Our Body Worn software group consists of several teams, each taking ownership of specific solutions for body worn camera systems. These systems include software for cameras, control units, mobile apps (iOS and Android), and cloud services. The development teams are small, collaborative, and empowered to take full responsibility for their areas of expertise. Your team will focus on building software for the control unit and cameras with focus on management of devices in the system. Tasks span from device-to-device communication in Linux user space, to defining and implementing API:s used by our frontend. The source code is written in Go and runs on hardware with Linux based AxisOS. Who are you? You are passionate about software development, with an interest in detailed implementation of features as well as the complete system. Complex end-to-end use cases, requiring high standards of quality and security, inspire you. You are experienced in software design and comfortable to take technical leadership for features. You thrive in collaborative environments, especially when working closely with your team in an agile setup.
