✔️ Erfarenhet av försäljning, kundkontakt eller en relevant utbildning

Perstorp Animal Nutrition is looking for a Technical Sales Manager - Turkey & Middle East In this role, you will help expand Perstorp Animal Nutrition’s presence across one of our most strategically important regions. The Middle East is developing rapidly, with customers increasingly looking for reliable, science-based solutions that support performance, efficiency, and long-term growth. This creates an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded technical expert who knows how to turn customer needs into sustainable partnerships. Animal nutrition plays a vital role in helping producers improve feed efficiency, support animal health and performance, and maintain the quality and safety of feed and raw materials. Perstorp contributes to this field with science-based solutions in areas such as gut health and feed preservation. What will you be doing? You will take ownership of sales development in the region, from identifying opportunities and supporting customers technically to managing the sales pipeline and delivering commercial results. Working closely with customers, distributors, and internal colleagues, you will translate market insights and technical knowledge into practical solutions that strengthen Perstorp’s position in the Middle East. Your key responsibilities include: * Managing and growing the Middle East business by delivering sales volume, revenue, margin, and profitability targets across the assigned territory. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders to identify new opportunities and create long-term partnerships. * Providing technical expertise and customer support by developing ROI calculations, supporting commercial trials, answering technical questions, and helping customers successfully implement Perstorp solutions. * Driving business development activities by generating leads, managing opportunities through the sales pipeline, and utilizing CRM tools to ensure strong commercial execution. * Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and scientific developments, translating insights into business opportunities and value-added customer solutions. * Representing Perstorp at conferences, customer events, and industry meetings while acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner throughout the region. What you bring to the table * You are located in Turkey and speak Turkish fluently * A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field. * A proven track record in technical sales, business development, customer support, or research within the animal nutrition, feed additive, poultry, swine, ruminant, or aquaculture industries. * Strong practical, technical, and commercial understanding of the animal nutrition and feed industry in the Middle East region, combined with the cultural awareness and relationship-building skills needed to be successful in the region. * Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills with a deeply customer-focused mindset. * Proven ability to identify customer challenges and translate technical expertise into commercially valuable solutions. * Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams. * A proactive, results-oriented approach combined with a high willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region.
