We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships and help more municipalities and care providers access solutions that improve people's lives. This is a hybrid (office/remote) role that will be based in Sweden and will cover the Eastern District. This person can be based in Malmo, Gothenburg or Stockholm. What will you be doing in this role? As a Sales Manager at Tunstall, your role is to act as the company's representative in a defined geographical area (Eastern Sweden). The goal is to strengthen the company's position here, become more competitive, increase profitability through long-term, strategic and well-thought-out work. The purpose is primarily to focus on, and strengthen, the company's relationships with customers and partners in the geographical area also search for new potential customers. The role requires travel to go and see our customers and good presentation skills. The Ideal candidate: You will have experience of working in a target-driven sales environment with a strong focus on relationship management across a mix of new and existing customers. The role also includes connecting the right people at Tunstall and the customer's company / Municipality. * Strategic planning of customer processing with clear activities and sales goals. A clear goal with the processing of the customer and a plan for processing at several levels in the customer's organization is a prerequisite for succeeding in achieving Tunstall's set requirements for the task. Key skills and experience: * Positive attitude * Good communication skills (written and spoken) * Well organised * Service-minded with a strong customer focus * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Commercial experience of sales, preferably in the public sector. * Technical competence and / or training in - IT / telecom products, techniques, concepts, solutions * Interest in elderly care and experience of working with municipalities * Basic knowledge within LOU (Public Procurment Act) – preferred. About the Position As an Area Sales Director, you will be part of a team of 7 people within the Professional business area, focusing on Law Enforcement, i.e., Police and Military. You will develop, nurture, and be responsible for our relationships with customers, end users, agents, distributors, and other partners in each market/country. Contract negotiations with authorities occur continuously. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and budget responsibility for your markets/countries. Responsibility for distributors, agents, and other partners within assigned regions. Processing of potential customers. Responding to inquiries from customers, representatives, and distributors, as well as receiving customer orders and handling service cases. Training distributors and their salespeople in Aimpoint’s products. Arranging shooting training/demonstrations together with Aimpoint’s Training Manager. Participating in national and international fairs/events together with distributors. Visiting existing and potential retailers and agents together with distributors. The position is based at Aimpoint’s office in Malmö, but working at sales with us involves a lot of traveling and a varied workday with many international trips. You will visit your agents and distributors regularly, and your role is estimated to involve approximately 80–120 travel days per year, internationally. You will work closely with our Training Manager, Marketing and your team colleagues. You will report to the Director of Professional Sales. Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in situations where you can use your strong internal drive and ability to make progress, even when you don’t have all the answers. As this role involves significant internal and external contacts, it requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. You are disciplined and organized—understanding the importance of planning and documenting your work, while also being able to work ad hoc when required. You are fearless yet realistic, confident in yourself, and able to prioritize your time on activities that drive the business forward. Requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; a third language is highly meritorious. Enjoys a job involving travel. Driver’s license.
