As a Working Student in Workspace Management & Executive Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team, managing office operations, and contributing to both internal and external initiatives. What you will do: * Executive Support: Assist the Executive Assistant with administrative support for the CEOs/Founders and senior executives. Support with the management of calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. * Finance Support: Assist the CFO with invoice organization and related tasks. * Workplace Management: Maintain office supplies, including snacks and drinks. Ensure the office is always well-stocked. * Meeting Preparation: Support with the organization and preparation for meetings, including preparing documents, reports and presentations. * Event Planning: Support with the organization of events, including team meetings, conferences, and client engagements. * Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and accommodations. * Task Management: Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as required. Your Profile: * Educational Background: Currently pursuing studies in Business Management, Administration, or related fields (minimum 3rd Bachelor semester). * Working Experience: Previous experience as Intern/Working Student in office management, as executive assistant or in a similar role. * Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. * Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English. * Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. YOUR IMPACT Every founder has a list of list of (strategic) initiatives with tremendous potential that lack time to be realized and belong to no one yet. As a Founders Associate, that list is your job. You'll be the right hand to C-level and founders - taking the hardest, highest-leverage, cross-functional initiatives off their plate and driving them to done, with real ownership from day one and access almost no one else in the company has. We hire for the person first, then match you to one of two tracks: TRACK 1 - GENERALIST * Own the most important company-wide initiatives directly with our CEO. Whatever stands between Tacto and its next growth phase that quarter, you take it and drive it to done. * Build new bets from 0 to 1: new product wedges, growth loops, and ideas that could become standalone engines inside Tacto * Operate as a "founder within the company," moving from strategy to hands-on execution and back * Go where the leverage is: one month it's org and hiring, the next a product wedge or a new market TRACK 2 - GO-TO-MARKET * Analyze new markets, industries, and segments, and build the business cases and go-to-market plans to enter them. * Identify our next growth opportunities, e.g. new modules or motions, and turn them into concrete execution plans. * Support the executive team directly: prepare and run C-level meetings with our most important customers, and own the analyses behind them. * Help our revenue leadership reshape the GTM engine and make Tacto one of the best go-to-market organizations in European B2B SaaS. This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM and operations. You'll get a front-row seat to enterprise sales and early-stage hiring, learning the fundamentals of both from day one. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business - from sales processes and deal support to marketing messaging and hiring. * Drive GTM initiatives: help prepare and follow sales conversations, sharpen our messaging, and support outreach to enterprise customers. * Own recruiting operations: help identify, approach, and coordinate top talent as we scale the team. * Build and improve internal processes and structures that keep a fast-moving company from breaking. * Context-switch constantly - no two weeks look the same.
