We are hiring an EMEA AP Analyst to support and strengthen our Accounts Payable operations. This role is critical to ensure
accurate, timely, and well-controlled payments across the Group, compliance with procedures, and effective collaboration with
internal teams and agencies.
As an EMEA AP Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end support of payment processes, including:
You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Shared Services teams, as well as with creative and media agencies
across the Group. This role involves daily collaboration with both local and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and
accurate payment processes.

This role plays a critical part, supporting WPP Group companies across EMEA through efficient, compliant, and well-controlled treasury processes. What you'll be doing: * Lead and oversee daily treasury operations and financial risk control. * Coordinate and optimize global treasury positions to ensure sufficient funding for business operations. * Manage and supervise international Cash Pooling activities. * Implement, maintain, and improve treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Prepare and review treasury reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts. * Act as key contact for treasury-related issues with WPP Group companies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. * Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers across multiple countries. * Process and interpret bank statements and transactions from countries such as France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. * Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities. * Contributes to the selection and implementation of treasury management systems and tools. * Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 6-7 treasury professionals. Who you'll be working with: You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams across EMEA, as well as with WPP Group companies and external banking partners. The role involves frequent interaction with regional stakeholders and the Group headquarters. Why we're hiring: We are looking to strengthen our Treasury team by hiring an Analyst Accountant who will support daily cash operations and ensure accurate financial information. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, diligent and detail-oriented GL Accountant with strong understanding of local (UK) and US GAAP, and financial reporting standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and supporting statutory and audit requirements across multiple entities in one country. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Warsaw and requires full-time on-site presence (5 days per week in the office).
