We’re looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to join our Paris team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth for our Mid-Market merchants by leading advertising sales and strategic account management. The role is based in Paris. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Merchant Ads & Promos team. We are a high-growth function dedicated to helping our partners navigate the Deliveroo toolkit to maximise their visibility and sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of the key restaurant partners in France. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: * Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify scope to increase partner advertising effectiveness by gaining a deep understanding of their marketing objectives and challenges. * Develop and Pitch: Create tailored strategies that map our ad solutions to client needs and lead pitches to senior stakeholders on your proposed approach. * Campaign Management: Coordinate the end-to-end launch, management, and reporting of campaigns, ensuring expectations are aligned across all partners. * Performance Optimisation: Proactively monitor campaign performance and evolve strategies to improve results against agreed KPIs. * Strategic Advising: Use data-led insights to demonstrate how we are maximising the impact of partner spend, ultimately driving continued investment on the platform. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: * Proven Advertising Sales Experience: Significant experience in an advertising sales or account management role, ideally within a fast-paced digital environment. * Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong understanding of the advertising landscape, spanning both brand awareness and performance marketing. * Strategic Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives. * Data Storytelling: Proven ability to use complex data sets to tell a compelling story and inform strategic recommendations. * Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without losing pace. THE ROLE As Head of Global Accounts, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the commercial relationship with France's most strategic restaurant brands. Your team currently consists of 7 people: Key Account Managers who own brand HQ relationships, and a Client Partner (mid-manager) who manages a team of Key Account Associates covering franchisees across the territory. You report to the Director of Enterprise & Key Accounts, France, and are based in Paris (this is a hybrid role). You are the senior commercial owner for your portfolio — accountable for revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and team excellence. Beyond day-to-day account management, you will play a central role in aligning the organisation to strategic priorities: from contract structuring and joint business planning, to supporting Deliveroo's city expansion strategy by securing anchor restaurant partners in new and relaunching markets. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & EXECUTION EXCELLENCE * Own the end-to-end commercial growth of Global Accounts in France * Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell strategies with major restaurant brands * Build and execute joint business plans covering partner growth, profitability, and operational performance * Drive co-investment marketing strategy with partners, including co-funded campaigns and promotional activations * Support Deliveroo’s expansion strategy: secure anchor brand commitments in new cities and relaunching markets * Act as a trusted C-level advisor, providing insight on Deliveroo's capabilities, competitive landscape, and market trends * Build and maintain senior and C-suite stakeholder relationships across France's most strategic brands * Set and maintain 5★ account management standards across the team, with clear portfolio sizing and coverage 2. VOS MISSIONS En tant qu’Alternant·e Account Manager, vous accompagnerez le développement et la performance opérationnelle d’un portefeuille de partenaires.
