At Telavox, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is comfortable leading inside a fast-moving organisation, someone who can
hold a team steady. At the same time, priorities shift and know how to introduce just enough structure to make a team faster, not
slower. You’ll combine leading people with strong engineering judgement, and you’ll care as much about how reliably your team
ships as about how quickly they move.
If you enjoy working with people, leading through change, and empowering teams to do their best work, this is your opportunity to
make a real difference.
As an Engineering Manager at Telavox, you’ll play a key role in leading and evolving one of our engineering teams. You’ll be
responsible for developing individuals, strengthening team performance, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals,
while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and fun!
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You’ll contribute to
technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and ensure your team delivers value to customers in a scalable and
sustainable way.
not needed
You’re the kind of leader who is comfortable when things aren’t fully figured out. You can take an ambiguous situation or a
shifting roadmap and turn it into something coherent - not by waiting for stability, but by building enough of it yourself. At the
same time, you take software seriously: you’ve worked on systems where reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability
mattered, and you bring that operational mindset to how your team works.
You may come from a Senior or Lead Engineer background, and while your strength is enabling others, you stay close enough to the
technology to make sound calls on architecture, quality, and trade-offs.

At Telavox, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as a leader, shape how we build software, and be part of a company that values
both impact and having fun along the way.

JOIN THE FUN! 💚 Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the daily commercial relationship with one of our operator partners across Sweden and Denmark. If you want to join an exciting growth journey within UCaaS, keep on reading. ABOUT THE JOB You help set the roadmap, help set the pricing, run launches and delivery trainings. The mission is to help our partner onboard and grow their customer base on our platform. We're live with our partner today, but we have an even more exciting journey ahead of us. You sit at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. You're the partner's voice inside Telavox, and Telavox's voice with the partner. You'll work closely with stakeholders on both sides, feed market needs and priorities to our product managers, and help shape decisions that grow the account. You won't be doing this alone — you'll have the Stockholm and Malmö offices, and colleagues across sales, product, and delivery, close by to lean on. You report to the leader of our Customer Engagement & Delivery team. This role is based in Stockholm or Malmö. Expect regular travel to our partner's offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, as well as to Telavox HQ in Malmö. What you'll do * Own the growth of the account. Your primary mandate is to drive a step-change in how many end users this partner brings onto Telavox — everything below exists in service of that. * Equip the partner's sales organizations in Sweden and Denmark with the positioning, training, and materials they need to sell. * Assist in ongoing sales cases. * Help shape the partner's product roadmap, working with senior stakeholders on both sides and guiding our product managers on market needs and priorities along the way. * Support pricing and packaging decisions — for direct end-customer sales and for wholesale/indirect channels — including for new categories like AI. * Support go-to-market execution for product launches: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market activation. * Help drive commercialization of our AI product suite with this partner. * Coordinate prioritization between the commercial side and product & engineering, bringing structure to requests as they come in. * Build and maintain the map of key stakeholders on both sides, and be someone both sides trust to get things done. ABOUT YOU Commercially, you're comfortable getting into B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, and channel economics, and confident contributing to decisions that shape revenue. You speak product well enough to work productively with product managers and bring them useful market input, without needing formal authority over them. On top of that, you're a good communicator — someone who's comfortable in a room with stakeholders one day and running a training session for a sales team the next. Some technical understanding is a plus, enough to follow feasibility discussions and be a credible voice with engineering. And you like being close to the customer and hands-on with delivery — happy to draw on the network and experience around you at our Stockholm and Malmö offices rather than figuring everything out solo. You're fluent in English as well as Swedish and/or Danish (all three are a plus!) at a business level since you'll be working closely with local sales teams in both markets. At Voyado we build the technology that helps retailers communicate with millions of customers every day. Whether it’s a personalized email, an automated SMS after a purchase, or a real-time customer journey, the Communication Area is where those experiences come to life. Our teams build everything from customer-facing editors and automation tools to the distributed systems responsible for delivering messages reliably at scale. We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams within the Communication Area. You don’t need years of Engineering Management experience to succeed here—we’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential, technical credibility, and a genuine passion for helping engineers grow. You’ll report to Beate, Engineering Area Lead for Communication, and work closely with Product Managers and Architects. ABOUT THE ROLE As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for both your team and its delivery. Your primary focus will be creating an environment where engineers can thrive. You’ll coach people, create clarity around priorities, help the team navigate challenges, and ensure sustainable delivery over time. While you won’t be expected to write production code, we believe great engineering leadership comes from understanding what your team is building. You’re naturally curious about technology, enjoy diving into the product, and want to understand the technical challenges your engineers face—not because you need to make every technical decision yourself, but because it helps you become a better leader. In this role, you will: * Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback and development conversations. * Create clarity around priorities, planning and team ownership while enabling sustainable delivery. * Foster an inclusive, collaborative and psychologically safe team culture where people can grow. * Help the team navigate dependencies, remove obstacles and continuously improve ways of working. * Contribute to cross-team collaboration within one of Voyado’s fastest-growing product areas. WHO YOU ARE You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping engineers succeed. You build trust by listening, asking good questions and creating an environment where people take ownership. You enjoy coaching others, but you’re equally interested in understanding the product and technology your team works with. You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you’re comfortable participating in technical discussions and earning credibility through curiosity and good judgement. We also believe you have: * Experience leading software engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Lead or similar. * A software engineering background that allows you to engage confidently in technical discussions. * Experience working with senior engineers and enabling teams through coaching rather than hands-on implementation. * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. * An interest in improving ways of working while respecting what already works well. * Excellent communication skills in English. It’s a bonus if you’ve worked within SaaS, distributed systems, retail tech, martech or CRM platforms. HIGH IMPACT. GREAT PEOPLE. REAL GROWTH. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. At Voyado, we care about creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together. We move quickly, challenge ideas, and work closely across teams to deliver meaningful impact. Some of our benefits: * 30 days of vacation * Wellness allowance * Personal development opportunities * Summits and team activities * Four days from the office and one day from home ABOUT VOYADO Voyado is the Agentic Customer Experience Suite for retail. Fantastic! 🎉 Applying is easy — submit your LinkedIn profile or upload your resume. We’d love to hear what excites you about this role and what challenges you’re eager to take on. Be yourself, and let your passion shine through. A quick note about our recruitment timeline: As many of us will be taking some well-deserved summer vacation, this process will move a bit slower than usual. We’d still love to hear from you as soon as possible! Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’ll apply! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on the final candidate. MAKING IT PERSONAL WITH AI We believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself, with support from AI where it makes sense. Later in the process, you may even be expected to use AI. At the end of the day, what matters is meeting you — the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human, so please bring your authentic self. Don’t let AI over-polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice, because that’s what we care about most.
