Rollen
Vi söker nu en Manager för avdelningen Process Transfer. Att vara Manager innebär att du har personalansvar för specialister inom
Process Transfer och IPC. I din roll som Manager är ditt huvudsakliga ansvar att följa upp och säkra att nya kundprojekt följer
plan. Projekten varierar i storlek och tidsplan, där ditt team hanterar flertal projekt samtidigt från non-GMP till fas III, och
vidare in i PPQ. Det ligger stort fokus på att kunna hantera utmaningar och vägleda medarbetarna vid behov. Teamet har mycket
kontakt både intern samt externt, vilket innebär att du som representant för Process Transfer förväntas skapa goda relationer.
Du arbeta nära och rapportera till en av våra Senior Managers, samt vara en del av ett större team av ledare inom Operations.

Your mission at Voi The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring our operations run as smoothly, safely and efficiently as possible by leading our fleet operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for our Warehouse in Malmö and you will play an integral part in Voi’s performance by combining people management with process improvement and execution.
