Role reports to: EMEA Supplier Quality Lead Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Sweden, Skane, Helsingborg Work Location: Fully Onsite Role reports to: EMEA Supplier Quality Lead Location: Helsingborg, Sweden Travel %: up to 30% What you will do You will be responsible and accountable for the successful deployment, and implementation of the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) strategy and associated Kenvue quality standards, procedures, programs and initiatives that deliver quality/compliance, and value to Kenvue supply chain. Based on the Helsingborg site, you will actively partner with stakeholders, individuals and teams, and Direct Material (DM) suppliers to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvements with demonstrated and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Own quality lifecycle management for Direct Material (DM) suppliers. Act as interface for the quality topics between the DM supplier and Kenvue. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams to identify, develop and implement strategies to improve supplier reliability. Lead cross-functional supplier review governance meetings and supplier performance reviews with manufacturing sites. Establish close partnership with cross-functional team, Procurement, R&D, Raw Material Center, Global Packaging, Operations, to support Business growth and continuity, NPD, NPI & Cost improvement projects. Build strong partnership with Helsingborg Internal manufacturing site for leading investigation of the quality events, Supplier Event Notification (SEN), supporting material changes & participating in inspections/ audits Build strong partnership with key suppliers and coordinate continuous improvement process at the suppliers through KPI, Management Action Plan, and CAPA. Own the audit planning for the assigned supplier ensuring timely execution of the audits. Drive key programs and initiatives across Quality & Compliance. Use data driven insights and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across different areas. Drive performance management and be accountable for metrics, scorecards, and processes. Elaborate and present data insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Scientific bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or related field). Master preferred. 7-10 years of relevant business experience in pharma/cosmetic/ chemical/ food/ packaging component industry. Field experience in Quality control or Quality assurance is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Must be able to work independently and with others. Ability to think creatively and strategically to support business results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Fluent English. Hands on experience with Quality Management System, GMP, Agency compliance expectations, and ISO 22716. Good understanding of the European regulatory guidelines for drug Products Detailed understanding and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Agency compliance expectations ​ Desired Qualifications Ability to lead, teach, and guide project teams in using tools, initiating change, and applying sound process improvement methodology. Production Manager Liquid Supplements Swedish Nutra AB — Malmö, Sweden About Swedish Nutra Swedish Nutra is a Malmö-based manufacturer of liquid dietary supplements, producing both our own brands — Swedish Nutra, Swedish Collagen, True Collagen and Essentials100 — and private-label products for partners in more than 37 countries. We are GMP- and HACCP-certified and make everything in-house, from raw-material intake and mixing through to bottling, labelling and quality control. We are a fast-moving, international company in a growth phase, and we are now looking for a Production Manager to take full ownership of our production floor. About the role This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for our production. You will take charge of the entire operation — currently a single day shift, Monday to Friday — leading a production team of around 20 people, which we expect to grow, while working closely with our office and management team. Our current Production Manager is moving on to further studies, and we are looking for someone who can step in and take the operation to the next level: from a founder-led setup to a systematic, audit-ready, world-class manufacturing hub. You will own throughput, quality and team development, with freedom to build and improve how we run. What you will do Own the daily production schedule and make sure sales orders are delivered on time and in full, without unnecessary overtime. Maintain strict GMP compliance and hygiene standards, keeping the facility audit-ready at all times. Oversee preventive maintenance of mixing tanks, pumps and automated bottling lines to keep production running reliably. Lead, develop and grow a production team of around 20 — building a "quality first" culture and the structure to support it. Manage stock, storage and logistics across our facilities so the right materials are always in the right place. Drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality and efficiency, and put systems in place so the operation runs reliably and is not dependent on any single person. What we are looking for 5+ years in a production leadership role within FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Hands-on experience with liquid / wet-fill production and automated filling lines is a strong advantage. A genuinely hands-on, technical mindset — you want to understand why a bottling line is jamming or why a batch isn't homogenising correctly, and you get involved to fix it. Solid knowledge of GMP standards and familiarity with food-safety regulation. A "firm but fair" leader who leads by example and gets the best from a diverse, international team. Someone who takes full ownership, works independently, and solves problems rather than waiting for direction. Fluent English is essential — it is our working language and our team is international. Designing enclosures for electronics, such as PCBAs and/or similar, by plastic injection molding and/or sheet metal. Working closely with industrial design, taking over A-surfaces, and realizing the CMF specifications. Collaborating with main suppliers and development partners. What you’ll bring to the role Solid experience in mechanical design or relevant technical fields, such as product development and mechanical engineering. B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Design & Product Development, or equivalent. Experience working with 3D tools for designing mechanical components in a 3D environment; SolidWorks proficiency is advantageous. Experience in consumer products involving electronics and embedded software. Experience in testing, reliability, and qualification of systems, either in-house or on the partner side. Proven track record in transitioning designs into mass production, ensuring rigorous quality control and reliability standards. Experience working in the conceptual phase, physical prototyping, hands-on testing, and sustainability. Experience working closely with industrial designers. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint or Adobe and the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
