Om tjänsten Som Quality Engineer hos oss är du en viktig del av vårt kvalitetsteam i Malmö. I den här rollen får du möjlighet att kombinera analytiskt tänkande med praktisk problemlösning och arbeta nära interna funktioner. Du kommer ha en central roll i att säkerställa att våra processer möter krav från kunder, myndigheter och relevanta standarder samtidigt som du är med och driver vårt kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete. I den här rollen stödjer du organisationen i kvalitetsrelaterade frågor och fungerar som kvalitetsexpert i bland annat kunddialoger och revisioner. Du har ett starkt stöd i teamet, men samtidigt behöver du ha förmågan att ta egna beslut och lyfta blicken för att se till helheten. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar: · Säkerställa efterlevnad av regulatoriska krav och kvalitetsstandarder. · Driva utveckling av processer, arbetssätt och kvalitetsrelaterade metoder. · Delta som kvalitetsexpert i bland annat tvärfunktionella team. · Leda och stödja utredningar, grundorsaksanalyser och avvikelsehantering. · Säkerställa att korrigerande åtgärder från reklamationer och revisioner genomförs och följs upp. · Granska teknisk dokumentation samt analysera och rapportera kvalitetsdata. · Ta fram utbildningsmaterial och utbilda kollegor inom kvalitetsområdet. · Aktivt bidra till och driva förbättringsarbete i verksamheten · Genomföra interna revisioner och vara supporterande vid externa revisioner · Arbeta med interna avvikelser Vem är du? Vi tror att du känner igen dig i följande: Du har relevant universitets/ högskoleexamen, gärna med teknisk eller kvalitetsinriktning · Kunskap om kvalitetsverktyg för problemlösning, avvikelsehantering och grundorsaksanalys Du är van att använda verktyg som FMEA, 8D och grundorsaksanalys Du har goda kunskaper om relevanta kvalitetsstandarder (ISO 9001 och ISO 13485) Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift Meriterande: Erfarenhet av annan EMS verksamhet och komponentkännedom, arbetat i affärssystemet IFS, Lean/Six Sigma, samt arbetat som internrevisor (ISO). Quality Engineer Aimpoint is a rapidly growing company with an exciting future where top-notch quality and environmental sustainability are high on our agenda. We are now looking for a Quality Engineer for the Sight System segment. As part of the Quality Sight System team, which currently consists of five colleagues alongside other specialists and engineers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your main focus will be on our automated production line. Our customers include both military and civilian sectors, such as hunting and sport shooting. We are looking for someone passionate about quality who wants to blend data analysis with cross-functional quality work across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include: · Managing non-conformance issues · Documenting quality investigations · Driving continuous improvements · Troubleshooting and analysis · Analyzing and identifying trends in data · Contributing to product and product maintenance projects · Conducting internal audits To succeed in this role, you need to have at least five years of experience as a Quality Engineer and hold a relevant university degree, or that we values are equivalent. It is essential that you possess strong analytical skills paired with a results-driven mindset. Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a must, as is solid knowledge of statistics. Additionally, you must be willing to travel occasionally, including visits to our factory in Gällivare. We also value: · The ability to work independently as well as in teams · Initiative and engagement · Creativity, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills · Comfort in both production and lab environments · The ability to lead improvement projects Additional qualifications that are highly regarded: · Experience with quality work in ERP systems · Internal audits · Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent · Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and understanding technical drawings · Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar standards · Experience with statistical methods · Proficiency with tools like Minitab or equivalent · Daily quality work in production (blocking, releasing, and qualifying) Why Aimpoint? As a person you are easy to work with and a team player. You are helpful and flexible, knowing what is most crucial and able to prioritize. You know your field of area and have the curiosity of finding new solutions. Good communication skills in English both spoken and written, is required. You enjoy working closely with product development and innovation. We also see that you: Have 5+ years of relevant work experience including firsthand experience from production environment. Experience in quality methods and tools as PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma. Genuine interest in working with quality, risk mitigation and improvements. Are analytical and can write instructions and processes. Love sharing your knowledge, and give training both internal and externally. Are a person that keep yourself updated on developments within your area. Are Fluent in English, speaking and writing. In addition to the above, it will be nice if you have/are: Knowledge about manufacturing processes as plastic injection moulding, sheet metal, die casting, powder coating, PCBA, final assembly. Knowledge about management systems, ISO9001, ISO14001. Fluent in Swedish, speaking and writing. ISO auditor. Travelling to our manufacturers will demand about 25 days/year.
