Din roll Du blir en del av vårt team på Accelerate och arbetar i uppdrag hos marknadsledande kunder med digitalisering, modernisering och tekniska förändringsresor. Du arbetar nära verksamhet, utveckling, drift och säkerhet för att skapa lösningar som fungerar i praktiken, inte bara i teorin.
I rollen bidrar du med arkitekturell höjd, teknisk förståelse och förmåga att hålla ihop helheten i komplexa miljöer. Du trivs i gränslandet mellan strategi och implementation och kan omsätta verksamhetsbehov, tekniska förutsättningar och krav till tydliga lösningsförslag, målarkitektur och genomförbara vägval.

Driva tekniska vägval och arkitekturella beslut tillsammans med verksamhet, utveckling, drift och säkerhet
Designa hållbara, skalbara och förvaltningsbara lösningar inom integration, automation och plattformsteknik
Leda workshops, kravdialoger och tekniska forum i komplexa kundmiljöer
Dokumentera målarkitektur, integrationsflöden, beroenden och tekniska vägval
Bidra i moderniseringar, migreringar och större transformationsinitiativ
Säkerställa att lösningar fungerar långsiktigt utifrån krav på säkerhet, driftbarhet och förändringstakt
Fungera som teknisk brygga mellan strategi, arkitektur, utveckling, drift och leverans
Din profil Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av lösningsarkitektur, teknisk arkitektur eller en senior teknisk roll där du haft ansvar för design, vägval och helhetsperspektiv. Du är van att arbeta i komplexa enterprise-miljöer och har förmåga att förstå både tekniska detaljer och övergripande verksamhetsmål.
Du behöver inte kunna allt, men du behöver ha en stark teknisk grund, god kommunikativ förmåga och erfarenhet av att driva lösningsarbete tillsammans med kund och team. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
För denna position kan svenskt medborgarskap krävas beroende på uppdrag. Vi utför även bakgrundskontroll av slutkandidat.

Your role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Architect to join our cross-functional team, Onboard Security & IT Architecture. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and governing the IT architecture across Saab's naval platforms, including submarines and surface ships. We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to take global responsibility for developing, standardizing, and future-proofing our network infrastructure. In this role, you will combine strategic architecture with technical leadership while working closely with colleagues around the world to ensure a secure, scalable, and modern network environment. You will report to the Senior Manager Global Infrastructure and will also be the Team Manager Global Network Services. The role includes functional leadership and team management responsibility for a global team consisting of six Network Engineers and Network Administrators. About the role As our Network Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architecture of our global network environment across both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will drive the development of our long-term network strategy and ensure our solutions meet high standards for security, availability, performance, and scalability. You will act as the technical lead in global initiatives and collaborate closely with teams across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Operational Technology (OT), and other IT functions. Your responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop, maintain, and drive the global network strategy and target architecture. Define architecture standards, policies, design principles, and best practices. Design and continuously improve WAN, LAN, and WLAN solutions with a focus on high availability and scalability. Own the architecture for Cisco-based networking, including routing, switching, SD-WAN, and firewalls. Design networking solutions for Azure and hybrid cloud environments. Solid experience with network security, Zero Trust, VPN, MFA, and modern security architectures. Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.
