I rollen som Supply Chain Manager på Lekia får du kombinera strategiskt ansvar med operativt arbete nära lager, inköp och externa partners i ett bolag som växer snabbt och står inför flera viktiga logistikskiften.

Som Supply Chain Manager har du ett helhetsansvar för Lekias inköps‑ och logistikfunktion från prognos och beställning till lagerhållning, distribution och servicenivå ut mot butik. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ, du sätter riktningen, utvecklar strukturer och processer och säkerställer samtidigt att dagliga flöden fungerar och leder teamet mot hög tillgänglighet och stabil drift.
Du arbetar tätt med inköparna, lagerchefen och externa logistikpartners. En viktig del är att utveckla distributionserbjudandet, optimera avtal och säkerställa lönsamhet i samarbeten med stora internationella leverantörer. Du leder även arbetet med att utveckla systemstöd inom prognoser, planering och lageroptimering.
Arbetet inkluderar ansvar för budget, KPI:er och resultat inom logistikområdet. Du driver förbättrings‑ och implementeringsprojekt såsom utveckling av processer, lagerpolicy, TA‑system, sjöfraktavtal och masterdatarelaterade arbetsflöden. I rollen rapporterar du till grossistchefen och du har personalansvar för lagerchef och inköpare.
Leda varuförsörjningsprocessen från inköpsorder till butik – prognoser, påfyllning, övervakning och lagerhållning
Ansvara för logistikbudget, KPI:er, kostnadsuppföljning och logistikrelaterade avtal
Driva utveckling av processer och system inom inköp, lager och distribution
Vara kravställare mot interna funktioner och externa partners inom logistik och frakt
Leda och stötta lagerchef samt inköpare i det operativa arbetet
Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik, Supply Chain, Management, ekonomi eller motsvarande
Flera års erfarenhet av att utveckla och effektivisera processer inom logistik, inköp eller närliggande områden, gärna med fokus på analys, strategi och projektledning
Erfarenhet från logistikverksamhet inom transport, lager eller detaljhandel är meriterande, liksom vana av att samarbeta med både interna och externa parter i komplexa flöden
Hög digital kompetens och erfarenhet av relevanta system inom logistik, affärssystem, analys- och BI-verktyg
Flytande kunskaper i svenska i såväl tal som skrift samt mycket goda kunskaper i engelska

In this role, you will be responsible for driving outsourcing programs for injectable pharmaceutical products to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), with a particular focus on late-stage development projects.
