I rollen som Trade & Transportation Administrator ansvarar du för att koordinera hela logistikkedjan, från inkommande material till utleverans till slutkund. Du arbetar integrerat med inköps- och orderavdelningar för att säkerställa att transportflödena är både effektiva och säkra.

Rollen innebär ett operativt ansvar för att planera, boka och följa upp transporter. Du fungerar som spindeln i nätet mellan leverantörer, kurirer och interna avdelningar för att lösa logistiska utmaningar och optimera leveransprecisionen. I din roll ingår det även att:
Planera och boka sändningar inrikes, inom EU och till länder utanför EU
Hantera och säkerställa korrekt transportdokumentation för alla flöden
Granska, kontrollera och attestera transportfakturor
Ansvara för hantering av farligt gods enligt ADR, IMDG och IATA
Utföra leveransbevakning och hantera gods som fastnat i tullen
Felsöka och hantera reklamationer vid skadat eller förlorat gods
Upprätthålla och utveckla professionella relationer med transportleverantörer
Vi söker dig som
Har erfarenhet av transportplanering och koordinering av logistikflöden
Har en giltig certifiering för transport av farligt gods (ADR, IMDG och IATA)
Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Excel och vana av att arbeta digitalt
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
Det är meriterande om du har
Erfarenhet av reklamationshantering och claims
Vana av att arbeta i TMS-system, exempelvis nShift
Erfarenhet av att packa farligt gods, särskilt litiumbatterier
Strukturerad och ansvarstagande med ett starkt eget driv och ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. Du är optimistisk, hjälpsam och social, vilket gör att du trivs med att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer både internt och externt. You will work cross-functionally with Legal, R&D, Sourcing, Order, and Sales across regions. Below is example of tasks within the Axis Export Compliance team: Serve as primary point of contact for Export Control matters. Responsibility for ECCN classification of commodities under both EU and US legislation. Gather required information and submit export license applications and determinations. Conduct daily restricted party screenings. Develop and improve processes concerning Export Control both global and regional, including defining business requirements for IT tool development. In-depth knowledge of ECCN classification, restricted party screening, embargoes, and sanctions. Experience classifying products and software under ECCN frameworks. Experience working with ISP and/or BIS export license processes. Experience operating in a global business environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders across cultures and regions. Fluency in English (written and spoken). The European Spallation Source (ESS) will soon be the world’s most powerful source of neutrons, providing researchers with unique opportunities to explore the structure of materials at the atomic level. Neutron scattering at ESS will address critical questions in physics, chemistry, geology, materials science and life science. About the Role: ESS is at an exciting turning point, transitioning from a construction site to an operating facility. To help us achieve our goal of becoming the world’s most powerful neutron source, we are seeking a Process Engineer for the Plant & Process Engineering Function, part of the Design & Engineering Division. The team is responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art process activities across ESS. The group will first specify and design process systems such as cooling systems, instrument air and deionized water distribution, in accordance with PED, European harmonized codes, ESS rules and AFS regulations. They will then design the associated piping systems and mechanical supports to prepare for manufacturing, purchasing and installation phases. Finally, the group will help finalize the as-built documentation. Additional tasks include configuring and supporting the AVEVA tool suite, providing engineering review support, and offering technical advice.
