Didsbury, Manchester
£27,200 basic | £35–40k OTE Year 1 | £55–70k+ OTE Year 2
Build a high-performance career in recruitment — with structure, progression and real earning potential.
At Amoria Group, we partner with global leaders in tech, engineering and energy — industries shaping the future. Our Delivery
Consultants are critical to that success. They drive hiring outcomes, build trusted relationships, and operate with pace,
precision and professionalism.
This is an entry-level role — but not a small one. We’re looking for people who want to grow quickly, take ownership and build a
career they’re proud of.
You don’t need recruitment experience. You do need focus, drive and a commitment to delivering excellence.
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief to offer, working in partnership with senior
consultants and clients.
This role rewards discipline, organisation and strong communication. High performance here comes from preparation, attention to
detail and consistent follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds — you might have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call
centres or another fast-paced environment.
Sales experience is an advantage, but it is not essential.
If this opportunity excites you but you’re unsure whether you tick every box — we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Gain
Why Amoria Group?
We believe high performance and inclusion go hand in hand. Diverse teams perform better — and we are committed to creating an
environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
Our award-winning ED&I strategy is embedded into how we hire, develop and promote. Success here is based on contribution,
capability and consistency — not background.
If you want to build a career with real progression, meaningful earning potential and the support to become exceptional at what
you do — we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and take the next step in your professional growth.
We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone regardless of age, background,
experience, or identity. If you have the drive and passion to succeed, we want to hear from you.
