YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as a skilled Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional professional, acting as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams to support and enhance ERP Financials, Procurement, Payables, Supplier Management, and related modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Source to Pay Workstream. * Apply functional expertise alongside hands-on technical proficiency in integrations, reporting, and issue resolution, delivering results in a dynamic, client-facing environment. * Support end-to-end STP processes, including Supplier Setup & Qualification, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Order Management, Self-Service Purchasing, Payables, Expenses, and Supplier Portal. * Bring 5–10 years of hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules, with strong exposure to Accounts Payables, Procurement and STP operations. * Experience in zip, and procurement systems integrations is a plus. * Capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP and supporting applications solution architecture aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate design, interpret requirements, and implement ERP configurations with expertise in Oracle Fusion setups. * Proactively identify issues, track them to closure, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, configurations, and workflows. * Leverage SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC reporting tools to drive data insights and reporting solutions (preferred). * Coordinate and manage design, development, and testing activities across project phases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. * Stay ahead of emerging trends, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify opportunities that improve STP performance and operational efficiency. * Conduct regular calls with STP business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and participate in month-end activities during period close. * Collaborate with integration teams to build, test, and deploy seamless connections with other applications and platforms. * Oversee deployment of software releases, version upgrades, patch updates, and critical incident management. * Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal control assessments by providing accurate, timely documentation. * Work with Oracle Support to manage Service Requests (SRs) from initiation to resolution. * Apply Agile methodology across software development, systems integration, and application configuration activities. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Engineer with 4 - 5 years of hands-on expertise who can operate at the intersection of Technology, and Business Operations - developing, and optimizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions that drive Lyft's financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused, with the technical depth and business acumen to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop robust and scalable solutions using Oracle Fusion technical tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). * Possess extensive experience in the technical components, configurations, and underlying processes of core Oracle Fusion Financial & Supply Chain modules. * Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and boundary applications such as tax engines, billing platforms, banking systems, and payment gateways. * Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BICC, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to meet finance and operations reporting needs. * Extensive experience in writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation. * Experienced in partnering closely with Functional Finance teams to provide hands-on technical support during time-sensitive month-end and period-close activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues, data accuracy, and seamless execution of close processes. * Exposure to Oracle AI Agent Studio with hands-on experience developing intelligent automations and AI-driven workflows. * Build and maintain bank transmissions and other out-of-box Oracle transmission formats, working directly with banking partners to ensure seamless integration. * Apply thorough knowledge of Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, including key exchange concepts, security protocols, and related connectivity standards. * Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production, including refreshes, patch releases, quarterly updates, and version upgrades. * Experience in supporting SOX compliance by gathering, preparing, and providing accurate and timely evidence for SOX controls, audits, and internal control assessments. * Monitor infrastructure and application performance to enhance system resilience and business continuity. * Proficient in creating Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and configuration workbooks, with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end testing cycles to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements. * Work with Oracle Support by raising and managing Service Requests (SRs), driving issues through to effective and timely resolution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, and robust technical solutions. * Demonstrate a proactive willingness to identify process improvement opportunities, and propose innovative technical solutions that bring measurable value to teams and enhance existing workflows * Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of system configurations, integrations, workflows, and business requirements. * Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies across development, testing, and release activities, with the ability to adapt to the delivery model best suited to the project requirements. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the PM Benchmarking team in Mexico City. This team designs and executes competitive performance testing that benchmarks MongoDB against alternative technologies, while also building the reusable tooling, frameworks, and engineering practices needed to scale that work over time. This role is a strong fit for an engineer who wants meaningful hands-on coding time, enjoys performance analysis, and is motivated by turning ambiguous technical questions into clear plans, repeatable systems, and high-impact outputs. You will work across the full lifecycle of a benchmark initiative: design, code, run, analyze, and communicate findings. You will also help improve the internal tooling and engineering workflows that make this work faster, more reliable, and more useful across MongoDB.
