ABOUT THE ROLE As the first Sales Development (Outbound) based in Mexico, at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, while working closely with the Account Executives. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: * Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market. * Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers * Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion. * Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends. * Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness. * Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results. REQUIREMENTS * At least 2-3 years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings. * Demonstrated ability to build Opportunity sized lead lists in new markets and categories * Experience with full suite of prospecting tools * Demonstrated ability to build, scale process * Demonstrated ability to nurture a team * Curiosity - asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight. * Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently. * Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English #LI-Remote

This is an in-country role. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has successfully built and led sales and technical teams. The GM will be responsible for the overall country strategy and deliverables, in line with the company priorities. We are looking for an execution-focused operator who can propel ElevenLabs in the country. As part of the role, you will: * Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring * Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side. In this sense, you will be expected to lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market * Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations * Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness * Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances * Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, in partnership with the global BD team * Ideate, own and drive big bets in the country REQUIREMENTS * 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects * Background in consulting and sales * Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises * Owner mentality. Since launching the region in July 2025, we are looking for a Marketing leader to run marketing efforts across LATAM and drive strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies to effectively reach, engage and convert our local audiences, collaborating in lock step with our sales teams. You’ll be focussed on up leveling our brand awareness, driving demand for net-new growth, and helping expand & retain our existing customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for hiring & overseeing a full-time marketing contractor, and sourcing / liaising with agency support (i.e PR & Communications or Event Production) as required. You’ll be part of the International Marketing Team and partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Events, and Design and Developer Advocate teams to connect marketing initiatives and tactics to the wider vision and mission of the business. This is a full-time role based in our São Paulo hub and requires fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FIGMA: * Build the Demand Gen Strategy with Local Nuances: Work closely with marketing team members in both International and Global teams to adapt centralised campaigns/programmes to LATAM, driving consistent and impactful marketing results through the funnel in local languages (Portuguese, Spanish) * Create a Bottoms-Up Field Marketing Strategy: Identify & create localised marketing efforts that support the overarching INTL marketing goals to drive brand awareness (measured through sign ups) and generate pipeline (SAO + PG). Ensure successful execution, best practice and solid return on investment * Drive the LATAM Digital & Content Marketing Strategy: Work with the International and Global marketing teams to regionalise global content and programmes to resonate locally amongst the LATAM audience, as well as have a POV on how best to distribute content at scale within your markets (i.e. email, content syndication, etc) * Develop a Partnership with Sales: Collaborate in lock-step with regional Sales partners (Sales leadership, Sales enablement and Sales Consulting teams) to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy, including net-new and existing customer expansion. * Performance Tracking and Budget: Develop and implement frameworks and processes to ensure team success, including the tracking and measurement of all marketing programs and spend to budget * Regional Leadership: As this is a highly collaborative and visible role, you’ll be the face of LATAM marketing, as well as an International Marketing brand ambassador WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: * 8+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience across multiple countries in Latin America, specifically in Brazil and Mexico * Experience building and driving full funnel Demand Gen strategies for different segments (SMB, MM, Ent/Strat) * Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing mix, and you understand how to use digital channels to optimise and scale programmatic campaigns * A data-driven yet creative mind who likes bringing new ideas to existing projects and continuously pushes the team to try new things * Vendor or contractor management experience While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: * PLG/Saas Experience * Experience using Figma * Experience building B2B Marketing in countries such as Argentina, Chile or Colombia At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
