The Senior Delivery Manager owns program-level delivery execution for complex, enterprise client engagements composed of multiple
interrelated projects. The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining a cohesive program delivery plan, aligning scope,
sequencing, dependencies, and cost considerations across delivery streams to ensure contractual commitments and client value
realization are achieved.
At this level, the Senior Delivery Manager owns the full program lifecycle and typically has 5–8 years of delivery or project
management experience. The role is accountable for program delivery outcomes, commercial trade-off decisions within contractual
boundaries, and cross-project risk and dependency management. The Senior Delivery Manager applies sound commercial judgment to
balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines while protecting delivery integrity.
The role also exercises functional leadership within the delivery program, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to
junior Delivery Managers contributing to the program. While not a people manager, the Senior Delivery Manager supports capability
development, reinforces delivery standards, and represents Behavox’s mission, marketplace, and technologies with authority in
high-impact delivery situations.

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their expertise.
Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live exercise. The purpose of
this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated competencies and assess their ability to solve complex
problems with speed and accuracy. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.

The Job in Short As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the best-in-class delivery service with some of the top customers. The role of a Delivery Manager, involves overseeing the delivery process of projects to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. The Delivery Manager is primarily involved in the Setup phase of a project, supporting and executing activities such as planning, coordinating with various teams, and facilitating workshops like the CXO Workshops. They work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Engineering Manager, forming part of the core team responsible for successful project execution. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you are the independent driver of success for large and complex projects, ensuring customer needs are met from the initial planning phase through to a triumphant go-live. You are fully accountable for the final result, diligently managing the entire project lifecycle, including budget, risk, and scope. You uphold theBackbase way of working, translating process efficiency into a clear, practical reality for both the delivery team and the customer. You create a seamless environment where every single player, both on the customer and Backbase side, understands their role and is empowered to excel. While you maintain oversight on deadlines and key dates, you take care of three main areas; You ensure that the BA lead secures necessary sign-offs (BSDs), runs a crystal clear jira admin with one source of truth. You ensure that the Engineering Manager with his team focus on delivering the BSD’s. You control the customer on scope and agreements made to deliver items from their end. Fundamentally, your role is that of a powerful facilitator. You handle the full spectrum of project administration, from governance, detailed reporting, and meeting setup (including Steering Committees) to intricate internal and external stakeholder management, budget tracking, payments, and team planning.
