Lesley befinner sig i en utvecklingsfas där affär, digitalisering och teknik allt tydligare hänger ihop. Med nya initiativ, ökad extern närvaro och ett växande behov av struktur i IT‑miljön blir rollen som IT Manager central för bolagets fortsatta utveckling. Nu söker vi en IT Manager som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för att vidareutveckla, strukturera och driva Lesleys IT‑funktion framåt i en roll som kombinerar strategiskt ansvar med ett tydligt operativt fokus.
Organisation och arbetssätt
Lesley präglas av närhet till beslut, högt tempo och flexibilitet. IT‑funktionen är liten men central och arbetar nära både ledning och verksamhet. Du leder ett team om tre medarbetare, varav två fullstackutvecklare samt en specialist inom affärslogik och data. Arbetet sker tvärfunktionellt i en miljö där samarbete och ett brett engagemang är avgörande, vilket ställer krav på både bredd, prioriteringsförmåga och ett pragmatiskt arbetssätt.

Bakgrund
I takt med att Lesley utvecklar nya affärsområden och stärker sin digitala närvaro ökar kraven på IT som en central möjliggörare. Verksamheten är komplex, inte minst genom ett starkt och väletablerat nätverk av återförsäljare, vilket ställer höga krav på affärssystem, datalogik och ett väl fungerande IT‑stöd.
Som IT Manager ansvarar du för Lesleys IT‑funktion från strategisk riktning till operativ leverans. Du utvecklar och genomför IT‑strategin, driver digitalisering och säkerställer att IT effektivt stödjer verksamhetens affärsmål. Rollen omfattar ansvar för IT‑miljön i sin helhet, inklusive infrastruktur, systemförvaltning, tekniska plattformar, säkerhet och leverantörer. Detta är en operativ ledarroll där du arbetar nära verksamheten och i perioder själv är aktiv i exempelvis support, systemfrågor och problemlösning. Kombinationen av helikopterperspektiv och hands-on arbete är central.
Ditt uppdrag
Du vidareutvecklar IT‑funktionen och skapar struktur inom exempelvis IT governance, budget, leverantörsstyrning, licenser samt policys och riktlinjer. Affärssystemet, där Jeeves är centralt, utgör en viktig del av verksamheten och innebär ett nära arbete med systemförvaltning, integrationer och prioritering av utvecklingsinitiativ. Du ansvarar även för IT‑infrastrukturen, inklusive servermiljöer, nätverk, klientplattformar och molntjänster, samt för att säkerställa stabil drift och effektivitet. Informationssäkerhet är en integrerad del av rollen, där du arbetar med riskanalyser, efterlevnad, incidenthantering samt backup- och kontinuitetslösningar.

Lesley har en tydlig ambition att utveckla arbetet med digitalisering, AI och automation. Fokus ligger på att effektivisera processer, stärka datadrivet beslutsfattande och utveckla stödet till både kunder och återförsäljare. Du bidrar genom att identifiera möjligheter, driva initiativ och arbeta tillsammans med externa partners för att realisera dessa.

Utbildning och erfarenhet
Du har relevant utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet samt minst fem års erfarenhet av IT‑ledning i en operativ kontext. Du har arbetat brett inom IT, gärna med både infrastruktur och systemutveckling, och har erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning samt förändringsarbete. Erfarenhet av ERP‑system är viktigt, där Jeeves och integrationsarbete är meriterande. Även kunskap inom SQL, AI/automation och systemförståelse ses som en fördel.
