Som Maintenance and Operating Technician arbetar du med drift och underhåll i vår produktionsanläggning i Mölndal. Anläggningen omfattar monterings-, bearbetnings- och förpackningsmaskiner samt en process- och reningsanläggning.
Du kommer att vara maskinansvarig för ett område eller en maskin tillsammans med kollegor från olika delar av verksamheten i ett tvärfunktionellt team.
Driva förbättringsarbete inom ditt område tillsammans med en tvärfunktionell grupp som arbetar med utveckling av produkt och maskinområde.
Utveckla, testa, förbättra och driftsätta nya och befintliga maskiner och processer.
Bidra till stabila och effektiva processer på våra produktionsutrustningar.
Utveckla och säkerställa förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll.

Your work directly impacts: Product quality Process stability Production efficiency What You Will DoProduction Operations Operate production equipment such as furnaces, coating lines and cutting machines. Perform material-handling, loading, and unloading activities. Ensure process parameters remain within defined specifications. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Quality & Process Control Monitor production performance and process conditions. Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections. Identify, report and escalate deviations. Support consistent product quality and process stability. Equipment & Maintenance Perform basic preventive maintenance and daily inspections. Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness. Report technical issues and abnormalities to Maintenance. Documentation & Safety Register production data, material usage and quality observations. Ensure accurate and timely documentation. Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and operational standards. Key Interfaces You will work closely with: Production Leader Production Engineers Maintenance Team Quality Department Operations & Planning Who You Are You are reliable, quality-focused and enjoy working in a structured production environment. Required Qualifications Upper secondary education in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing or similar. Experience from manufacturing, production or process industries. Strong ability to follow instructions and work systematically. High focus on quality, safety and accuracy. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Willingness to work shifts. Meritorious Experience operating furnaces, coating lines or similar process equipment. Experience from thermal processes, surface treatment or advanced manufacturing. Your Activities: Inspect, test, and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with required specifications. Carry out troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs when equipment does not meet requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance and functional checks on test and measurement equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Document service activities and maintain accurate records. Work within the parameters of our ISO:17025 accreditation. Your Profile: Fluent in Swedish language essential Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Shows initiative, has some hands-on or manual work experience, and is eager to learn and train into the role. High level of accuracy with a strong commitment to quality and traceability Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing instrument-related issues Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals Experience in test and measurement environments Formal qualification in a technical discipline Familiarity with calibration equipment and digital documentation systems

You are responsible for the safety and security of the hotel, following the rules and regulations for fire prevention and property management. You care about the environment, finding ways to make our work eco-friendly. You report to the Property Manager. Responsibilities - Inspection and maintenance of the property's facilities. - Inspection and maintenance of Scandic Go's interior, surfaces, equipment, and installations. - Execute tasks according to the maintenance plan. - Address reported issues and perform minor repairs. - Follow current safety procedures. - Report risks, incidents, and workplace accidents to the immediate management. You need to know about electricity, plumbing and control systems. Fire safety knowledge is a must. You should be comfortable with computers and speak the local language and English well.
