We are currently looking for a driven Product Developer for a consultant assignment at Mölnlycke Health Care in Gothenburg.
About the Role:
As a consultant with Randstad Life Science, you will join a high-performing team at one of the world’s leading medical products and solutions companies. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of new products as well as design changes to existing ones, ensuring they meet customer needs while securing supply, compliance, and competitiveness.
Since this is a focused assignment centered on Project Execution, we are looking for a professional with significant experience (at least between 4 to 6 years experience) who can hit the ground running. Your focus will be on driving and executing design control projects within the Operating Room Solutions (ORS) business area at MHC.

Responsibilities
Project
- Execute design control projects from low to high complexity
- Drive design control projects with limited complexity and business impact
- Accountable to deliver in assigned design control roles aligned with defined training matrix
Line
- Generate new product ideas
- Define and specify needs for new test methods
- Suggesting continuous improvements such as processes, work instructions and ways of working
Qualifications
- Knowledge within product within ORS (operation room solutions)
- Technical knowledge in assigned medical device area
- Assigned business area knowledge and general business acumen
- Knowledge of Global Regulatory Requirements and standards related to medical device.
- Understanding of ORS customer and end user needs including competitors’ knowledge
- Deep knowledge in Mölnlycke QMS and Design control
- High demand on communication skills
- Fluent English written and spoken Preferably at least 1 year experience from working in the ORS business area within product development
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or life science or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience within product development
- 2 years’ experience working with medical devices
