ABOUT THE ROLE The Industrialisation Manager designs, deploys, and scales automation-driven manufacturing and industrial processes on local production sites. Reporting to the General Manager, the role coordinates with all internal Manufacturing departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement) to implement our Manufacturing strategy locally.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Deploys, in coordination with the global manufacturing team, Harmattan’s Manufacturing strategy according to local constraints * Leads industrialisation of new products in the site, ensuring manufacturability, repeatability, and quality. * Leads the recruitment and upskilling of his/her team (operators, methods, quality) at the required volume * Screens and collaborates with suppliers   CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Experience in automation engineering, industrialisation, or manufacturing engineering, ideally in aerospace, defence, advanced electronics, or mechatronics. * Proven track record taking products from prototype to serial production. * Solid understanding of DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and lean manufacturing principles. * Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Office Manager at Harmattan AI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and office procedures. You will be part of a dynamic Operations team, supporting various departments to maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Workplace Management * Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies and handling office correspondence. * Logistics and Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing packages, postal services, and courier logistics. * Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is constantly well-maintained and conducive to productivity. Oversee renovations, repairs, and building maintenance. * Soft Services Management: Supervise cleaning, catering, reception, and other non-technical services. Ensure high-quality food and snack offerings and monitor supply levels. * Workspace Planning & Optimisation: Proactively anticipate workspace needs and design seating and layout plans aligned with team growth. Ensure a seamless and welcoming office experience for new joiners from day one. * Process & Systems Management: Develop and maintain efficient processes to streamline office operations. Oversee workplace systems and equipment to ensure reliability, and coordinate timely upgrades when necessary. Internal Events & Operations * Travel & Accommodation: Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation and hotel bookings. * Documentation Management: Distribute and track internal/external documents requiring signature. * Event Planning: Support internal and external event coordination, from logistics to document preparation. * Strategic Support: Deliver high-impact operational support to C-level executives and key stakeholders as needed, enabling effective decision-making and execution. * Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors or employees from other offices, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Educational Background: A strong academic record, ideally with a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Management, or a related field. * Complex Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. * Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a "no-task-is-too-small" mentality. Koenigsegg is now looking for a Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the spare parts supply and daily logistics flow. You will work closely with warehouse, operations, workshops and other departments to make sure parts are available when needed and that issues are handled quickly and efficiently. You will take an active role in solving day-to-day challenges, improving data quality and supporting long-term development within spare parts and logistics. Work tasks Handle daily questions related to parts and assemblies Investigate issues and challenges together with engineering and purchasing Support coordinators, warehouse and other departments with part-related topics Create packaging instructions for the warehouse Help identify and sort missing or “lost” parts Add and update parts and information in our systems (Monitor) Improve data quality for older parts Support spare parts projects (as member or lead when needed) Follow up on shipments (customs issues, delays, transport problems) Handle goods reception and manage related storage areas Pick urgent parts directly from warehouse according to process Support operations with tickets and claims from dealers Requirements Relevant technical education and/or experience in a similar role Experience with parts sourcing, warehousing and parts handling Familiar with ERP systems and MS Office Good communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken) Experience within customer support or aftermarket is a plus Truck license is a plus We will review applications continuously, so don’t wait to apply!
