As a Clinical Change Manager (all genders), you will play a key role in supporting hospitals during the introduction of our
Avelios software solution.
This role is especially suited for nurses, physicians, or other clinically trained professionals who know hospital workflows from
hands-on experience and want to drive digital transformation in healthcare. You will work closely with nursing teams, physicians,
and hospital stakeholders on-site, helping them adopt new digital workflows during trainings, go-lives, and hypercare phases.
This is a highly operational and people-centered position with frequent on-site presence in hospitals. You will act as a central
interface between clinical end users — especially nurses and physicians — and our internal implementation, product, and
engineering teams. Your success will be measured by smooth transitions, high user acceptance, and stable operations after go-live.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE As a billing specialist/ Experte Patientenabrechnung (all genders) in healthcare, you are a key expert at Avelios and contribute your knowledge from hospital billing directly to our product and customer processes. With your experience in billing, coding, or process management in hospitals, you understand the workflows and challenges of everyday clinical work. You use this knowledge to further develop our software solutions together with our Medical Team and the product managers – especially the billing module, which simplifies processes and significantly eases daily work in hospitals. At the same time, you are a reliable point of contact for our customers and project teams when it comes to billing topics, process questions, or the implementation of regulatory requirements. You support the introduction of our solutions, accompany projects from a professional perspective, and help ensure that our customers can optimally design their billing processes. With your expertise, you help us bridge the gap between clinical practice and the digital product world – actively shaping how hospital billing will work in the future. THE TEAM AND ROLE We are looking for an AI Operations Manager (all genders) to unlock the full potential of AI across Avelios. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO and collaborate across every function to identify high-impact opportunities, redesign workflows, and build AI-powered automations from the ground up. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with company-wide scope. You will own AI initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to implementation, rollout, and continuous optimization. Using tools such as Make, APIs and the latest AI models, you will fundamentally change how our teams operate and scale. THE TEAM AND ROLE To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Product-Designer (all genders) to join our product team as a key contributor. In this role, you will be at the intersection of design, medicine, and technology: working hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and our subject-matter expert team of experienced doctors to design intuitive and user-centered solutions for hospitals. Your work will span from prototyping, workflow optimization, and early UX research to high-fidelity UI design. You will also collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design quality and technical feasibility, engage in trade-off discussions, and help evolve our design system, including maintaining component consistency and working together on our Storybook implementation. You will have the chance to pioneer UX research practices, protocols, and approaches within our team, helping us build a strong design culture while directly shaping how healthcare is delivered across Germany and beyond. Occasional travel to hospitals for on-site research will give you firsthand insight into user needs and workflows.
