About the Role
As Office Manager at SE3 Labs, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly. You will
own essential administrative processes, support leadership in day-to-day operations, and ensure that the team can work with focus
and speed. Your work directly contributes to building one of Europe’s most ambitious AI companies.
You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) and Lukas (Founder & CEO), gaining insight into how a deep-tech company

1. Intro Call (virtual, 30 minutes with Michael, Chief of Staff): This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll discuss
your background, your motivations, and why you’re interested in SE3 Labs. You’ll also learn more about our mission, the role,
and the team.
2. 2nd Interview (virtual, 30 minutes with Lukas, CEO): During this call, we dive a little deeper on the role and our CEO also
wants to get to know you personally
3. Onsite visit: Here, we will go through some responsibilities together as we want to understand how you approach them

You will establish and build the local team, set up our German subsidiary, and develop the commercial activity in the DACH market — owning both the business development and the client relationships from day one. Working hand in hand with our headquarters in Paris, you will shape how Dedale grows in one of Europe's most important markets.
