JOIN OUR TEAM As a Senior Business Development Manager People, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and evolution of our People & Culture function. You will lead strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen our impact across Westwing. This is a high-impact role offering a steep learning curve and responsibility from day one. Your profile * Proven experience (ideally 4-6 years) in full-lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS, tech, startup, or scale-up environment. * Experience recruiting for roles in Tech or Revenue within a SaaS environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the energy domain or an existing network in the sector is a significant plus. * Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to hiring managers across different departments. * Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with hands-on experience in Greenhouse preferred. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset in our Munich-based environment. * A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thriving in a collaborative and rapidly evolving scale-up culture. * A solution-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously are essential. * Exposure to and understanding of broader People & Culture initiatives, such as employer branding and talent development, with the ability to contribute to these areas is a plus.
