expanding and scaling geographically. We've expanded Westwing’s footprint from 11 to 23 countries recently and we're not stopping
there. The role covers defining the go-to-market approach for new markets and particularly focuses on bringing those markets live
and scaling them. You will work closely with other New Markets team members and colleagues across the organisation. This role is
well suited to a candidate who is motivated to scale a market from the ground up, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and
takes ownership and works independently. The position is unlimited and based in Munich.

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the strategic right hand to our CEO, Andreas, and create huge leverage at the highest level of Westwing. This is a massive-impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic and analytical thinking with a strong understanding of brand, customers, and aesthetics, helping us build the Superbrand in Design. You will work directly with the CEO, the Executive Team, and Senior Leadership to drive our most important strategic priorities, sharpen our operating rhythm, and ensure real accountability across the business. We are looking for someone exceptionally smart, bold, and commercially sharp, someone who is not afraid to challenge C-level stakeholders, always with a clear view on what creates value for our customers and strengthens Westwing’s position as the Beautiful Living company. YOUR ROLE As Post Merger Integration & Expansion Senior Associate (m/f/d), you will drive two of Voyfai's most important growth motions: launching new Voyfai entities across Europe and running post-merger integration workstreams for the companies we acquire. Unlike traditional market entry roles focused on customer acquisition, Voyfai partners with experienced local freight forwarding entrepreneurs who bring strong commercial networks. Your job is to build the operational foundation that lets them succeed. You will work closely with our PMI and Expansion Senior Manager, who sets the strategy and playbook, and with central teams across product, engineering, finance and operations. Success in six months looks like launches and integration workstreams delivered on time, stakeholders well managed, and a playbook that is measurably better because of you. As we scale into new markets and expand our product capabilities, we need a dedicated partner for our fund managers and investors—someone who elevates every interaction and turns exceptional service into measurable growth. In this role, you will shape how our customers experience bunch, strengthen long-term relationships, and directly influence retention, expansion, and market reputation. TOP RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. * Lead the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle—from onboarding through growth and upsell—collaborating with multiple departments including Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance. * Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers and translate their needs into clear insights that drive product and operational improvements. * Own and optimise key customer metrics, including NPS, retention, NRR,, and escalation management. * Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success to refine and scale our Customer Success strategy as the company grows.
