WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Privacy & Compliance Consulting
* You advise and support clients on data protection, combining privacy expertise with smart use of our AI-powered platform.
* You recommend and implement appropriate compliance measures, guiding clients to use DataGuard as their central privacy hub.
* You design and roll out data protection policies and procedures that are efficient, scalable and sustainable.
* You conduct data protection impact and risk assessments, leveraging automation to improve speed, clarity and consistency.
* You contribute to platform and service development by sharing customer feedback and collaborating across teams.
AI & Legal Tech
* You identify opportunities to automate legal, privacy and compliance workflows.
* You build and improve AI powered assistants, workflows and automations that enhance consulting outcomes.
* You explore emerging AI tools and technologies and evaluate their practical business impact.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
* You hold a degree in Law, Business Law or a related field.
* You have gained first experience in privacy, compliance, consulting or Legal Tech, whether through internships, working student
roles or full time positions.
* You are curious about AI, automation and emerging technologies and have worked with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and/or
Microsoft Copilot.
* You ideally have first exposure to APIs, n8n, Make or other low code tools.
* You bring a structured, analytical and solution oriented mindset.
* You enjoy working with customers and translating complexity into practical outcomes.
* You are native-level fluent in German and comfortable working in English.

* You actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our InfoSec-aaS product.
* You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch.
* You act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®)
* You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality security consulting outcomes.
* You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers.
* You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable product feedback.

* Professional experience in IT and information security
* Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2, or TISAX®
* Experience in customer-facing roles

* Up-to-date IT and information security knowledge
* Interest in data protection topics
* Excellent German and English communication skills
