YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Lead a Business-Critical ERP Transformation * Own and drive the end-to-end ERP implementation: from initial concept to successful go-live and beyond. * Shape how VÆRIDION operates by translating business needs into scalable system solutions. * Bring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless implementation, including integration with our existing PLM system and future MES system. * Anticipate challenges before they arise, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. * Ensure smooth data migration, system integration, testing, and user adoption. * Ensure alignment of ERP functionalities with business processes and strategic goals. * Drive High-Impact Technical Projects * Manage multiple technical projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and process improvements. * Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to turn ideas into reality. * Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies. YOUR PROFILE * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * A strong track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Solid technical understanding of ERP solutions’ general requirements and implementation milestones and the ability to navigate complex integration needs and system landscapes. * Experience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders. * A hands-on, proactive mindset—you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management approaches. * PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus. CSQ427R152 As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) you will work with customers to build and productionize solutions to their data & AI challenges using the Databricks platform. You will own the architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development. We work cross-functionally to shape long-term strategic priorities and initiatives alongside engineering, product, and developer relations. FDEs deliver with customer empathy, integrating with client systems, training, and other technical needs to help customers get most value out of their data. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for builders who thrive at the intersection of technology and business impact. The ideal candidate combines engineering expertise with adaptability, curiosity, and a passion for working with customers and teammates to solve complex problems that drive measurable outcomes. FDEs are billable and know how to complete projects according to specification with exceptional customer empathy. The impact you will have: * Production Solution Delivery: Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems, designing and building reference architectures, custom applications and data ingestion and ML/AI model integration * Transformational Impact: Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational big data projects including end-to-end design, build and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications. YOUR MISSION Drive the successful execution of next-generation autonomous defence technology programs. As a Project Manager at STARK, you lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and external partners to deliver mission-ready systems on time and to specification. You translate complex technical development into structured program delivery while ensuring alignment between engineering progress and strategic mission objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the end-to-end execution of complex development programs, defining milestones, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery against technical and operational requirements. * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between hardware and software engineering, production, and procurement teams to maintain alignment on critical program paths. * Act as a central interface between engineering teams, leadership, and external partners, translating technical challenges into actionable program decisions. * Identify and proactively manage technical, operational, and logistical risks, implementing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. * Develop and implement scalable project management and PMO processes to support STARK’s transition from startup to structured, high-output defense organization. * Plan and optimize resource allocation with team leads to ensure engineering capacity is deployed where it delivers the highest program impact. QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration with technical affinity, or a comparable field; a combined technical and business background is preferred. * 7+ years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally within defense, aerospace, or high-tech hardware environments. * Familiarity with complex systems integration and, ideally, defense procurement processes or NATO standards. * Experience applying agile or structured project management methodologies to hardware or complex technical product development. * Strong proficiency with modern project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft tools. * Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and provide clear executive-level updates. * Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in high-velocity, mission-critical environments.
