Alla skärmar med hög upplösning du ser, oavsett om det är TV, telefon, surfplatta, Apple Watch etc. så är Mycronic:s maskiner en del av tillverkningsprocessen. Som Production Product Engineer tillhör du en större avdelning om 20 medarbetare med ett brett ansvar inom produktteknik, processteknik, produktionsplanering, testutveckling, logistikutveckling, tull, trade compliance och projektledning inom industrialisering. Du kommer att samarbeta med de flesta funktionerna inom din egen avdelning men framför allt tvärfunktionellt med bl.a. produktionsteamen och R&D vilket gör detta till en bra roll för dig som lockas av att få samarbeta med ett stort nätverk av funktioner och personer. Arbetsuppgifter Produktionen inom PG-divisioner är idag uppdelad på olika områden – Komponentproduktion av Elektronik, Slutmontering, Reservdelsproduktion, R&D-produktion och Warehouse och du kommer att jobba mot ett av dessa områden då avdelningen du tillhör fungerar som en stödfunktion till produktionen. Du arbetar med att säkerställa att produkten uppfyller tekniska krav genom hela tillverkningskedjan med fokus på den interna produktionsprocessen. Du fungerar som en viktig länk mellan konstruktion och produktion genom att granska nya introduktioner innan de implementeras i produktionen. Du bidrar med förståelse för både produkten och tillverkningsprocessen. Rollen innebär också att aktivt arbeta med att utveckla och förbättra dessa över tid, med visionen om en störningsfri produktion vid produktintroduktioner. Du kommer att ha en viktig roll på Mycronic där du inte bara bidrar med idéer och förbättringsförslag, utan också tar ansvar för att driva dem hela vägen från initiativ till genomförd lösning. Du kommer exempelvis… Ge stöd i produktionstekniska frågor för att hålla produktionen igång samt hantera andra produktrelaterade frågor inom produktionsområdet. Agera som representant för avdelningen i tvärfunktionella forum gällande produktintroduktioner och designändringar. Säkerställa att produkten uppfyller ritningskrav och kvalitetskrav genom granskningar. Designa byggsekvensen för produktion. Skapa och standardisera processer för att säkerställa efterlevnad. Identifiera avvikelser, genomföra rotorsaksanalyser och bidra till nya lösningar. Genomföra och stötta vid riskanalyser och riskbedömningar. I rollen man är också en del av Local Management Team där man tar strategiska beslut tillsammans med avdelningschef, Team Leaders, processingenjör samt Planering. We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. Purpose and Goals As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will hold end-to-end technical ownership of Candela’s electrical and electronic systems, from early concept and system architecture to production-ready, industrialized solutions. The role spans a broad technical scope, covering both electrical installations and cabinets as well as advanced electronics implemented on PCBs. It is ideal for a senior engineering leader who combines system-level thinking with practical experience from industrial products. You will act as the technical authority for electrical and electronic design, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring solutions meet requirements for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. The role combines system ownership with hands-on technical involvement and close collaboration with mechanics, software and production. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead the development of electrical and electronic system architectures from requirements analysis to series-production readiness. Own the overall electrical and electronics design, including system concept, component selection, and integration across cabinets, installations, and PCB-based electronics. Ensure electrical and electronics solutions are optimized for manufacturability, testability, and scalable production. Drive technical decision-making at system level, balancing performance, cost, risk, and production constraints. Develop and review technical documentation such as schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams, test specifications, and production documentation. Participate in technical reviews, verification activities, risk analyses, and root-cause investigations. Collaborate closely with production to ensure smooth industrialization and continuous improvement of electrical systems and manufacturing processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the electrical engineering domain. Qualifications Extensive experience leading development of electrical and electronic systems from concept to production. Strong background in electrical systems and electronics, including system design, component selection, and integration. Proven experience working closely with manufacturing and production of machines or complex industrial products. Ability to drive system-level architecture and make informed technical trade-offs. Experience producing and reviewing structured technical documentation for industrial products. Experience in regulated industries with high requirements on safety, reliability, and compliance. M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in electrical and electronics development, including senior or lead roles. Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience from working with cad systems, preferably Zuken E3 or Eplan Experience working with PCB-based electronics, with the ability to review designs and drive architectural decisions (hands-on layout experience not required). About the Role Do you have proven asset management experience in renewable energy — preferably BESS — and a strong data-driven mindset? We’re looking for a BESS Asset Manager to help develop and run scalable processes across our growing portfolio of grid scale battery energy storage systems. This role sits at the interface between technical performance management and data-driven analytics. You will own O&M and service agreement relationships while building deep know-how about BESS performance — tracking, analyzing and continuously improving how our assets operate across the portfolio. You will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and play a key role in scaling one of Europe’s leading BESS portfolios. Expect occasional travel within Sweden and the Nordics for site visits. Key responsibilities Data-Driven Asset Management Build our data-driven asset management capabilities. Develop and implement best-practice, futureproof processes for technical and commercial monitoring, performance optimization, benchmarking and reporting across the current and future fleet. Identify underperformance and improvement opportunities through data insights. Collaborate with internal tech and engineering teams to integrate new data sources and analytical tools, enhancing predictive maintenance and performance optimization. Drive long-term digitalization and automation of the AM function. Commercial Performance & Financial Oversight Track and report on revenue generation, cost drivers and P&L performance across assets. Collaborate with the trading and optimisation team to ensure optimal conditions and consistent information exchange for asset optimisation, linking technical performance to commercial outcomes. Scalable Processes & Reporting Design, document and continuously improve repeatable processes, templates and routines (e.g. incident handling, RCA, change management, supplier follow-up) so that O&M and contract management can scale across multiple sites and countries. Regularly prepare and present clear, data driven performance reports on contract performance, asset health and key risks for Ingrid’s management team and co-investors. Work cross-functionally to ensure knowledge from the operational phase flows into the broader organisation. Your Profile We are looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience in asset management, operations, performance engineering or commercial analytics within the energy or infrastructure sector. Proven experience with grid-connected assets — ideally BESS or renewables (wind/solar) — is essential. Experience commissioning and transitioning assets from construction to operations is highly valuable, as is familiarity with European power markets and ancillary services.
