pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks Location: Summer Green Apartments 110 E Hawkins Parkway Longview, TX 75605

Responsibilities: -Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Turning and making units ready in between tenant

occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Assist in preventative

maintenance as assigned -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Assist in property grounds maintenance -Assist in coverage of

a 24/7 emergency on-call system Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -1+ year experience in the maintenance field

required -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Light plumbing and electrical experience -HVAC

experience and EPA Universal certification preferred -CPO Certification preferred -Working knowledge of appliances to include

Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing quality unit turns. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and other building systems. Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, fixture replacements, and general maintenance. Complete preventative maintenance to help preserve the community and equipment.
