Votre mission chez Voi En tant qu'Infield Team Lead (Chef d'équipe), vous partagerez votre temps entre des tâches de terrain (80 %) et des responsabilités managériales (20 %), notamment le recrutement, la formation et le suivi des performances de votre équipe d'Infield Specialists. Vos missions • Affectation des véhicules : collecte et déploiement des vélos afin de maximiser leur utilisation. • Logistique : soutien à la réception, l'emballage et le déploiement de nouveaux véhicules. • Maintien des standards de qualité : identification et réparation des véhicules endommagés ou mal stationnés et maintien d'un stationnement conforme. • Gestion d'équipe : supervision des activités afin de garantir la sécurité, l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue des performances. • Développement des talents : recrutement, entretiens, formation et accompagnement des collaborateurs. • Planification : collaboration avec les Site Managers pour optimiser les plannings et assurer une exécution efficace des shifts. Nous recherchons actuellement un Site Manager pour piloter notre site opérationnel de Paris. Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des opérations terrain et entrepôt, du management des équipes ainsi que de la performance opérationnelle du site. Votre objectif : garantir une exploitation efficace, sûre et de qualité afin d'offrir la meilleure expérience possible à nos utilisateurs. Vos missions En tant que Site Manager, vous serez amené(e) à : * Manager, accompagner et développer une équipe opérationnelle engagée et performante. * Superviser les opérations quotidiennes sur le terrain et en entrepôt afin d'assurer leur bon déroulement. * Piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue. * Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, qualitatifs et budgétaires du site. * Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et au développement des collaborateurs. * Optimiser la planification des ressources humaines en fonction de l'activité. * Maximiser la disponibilité de notre flotte en garantissant une maintenance efficace des véhicules. * Veiller au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, des équipements et des véhicules d'exploitation. * Garantir le respect des règles de santé, sécurité et prévention des risques. * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes locales et internationales afin d'améliorer continuellement nos opérations. Votre profil * Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en management d'équipes dans les secteurs de la logistique, des opérations, de la production ou d'un environnement similaire. * Vous aimez être présent sur le terrain et accompagner vos équipes au quotidien. * Vous êtes à l'aise avec le pilotage de KPI, la gestion budgétaire et l'amélioration continue. * Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation et d'un fort esprit d'initiative. * Vous possédez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et savez fédérer autour d'objectifs communs. * Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. * Vous êtes prêt(e) à passer la majeure partie de votre temps sur le site opérationnel. About the role Adyen is looking for a Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement who will be the driving force behind the efficiency, scalability, and measurement of Adyen’s global event portfolio. This role focuses on centralizing processes, technology and reporting to maximize the productivity of our 22 local event managers and 350+ events and accurately prove event marketing ROI.  What you’ll do * Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire event lifecycle (planning, registration, contracting, post-event lead flow) to drive consistency and efficiency. * Own, manage, and optimize the centralized event technology stack, including our event management platform (Cvent) and prebooked meeting platform (Jifflenow). * Ensure seamless integration between event technology tools and core business systems, specifically managing data flow into Marketo (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM) to guarantee data accuracy and sales enablement. * Lead the adoption and best practices for on-site lead capture tools, such as Icapture, ensuring regional teams adhere to standardized data collection protocols. * Be the primary point of contact between the Event Marketing Community and the Demo Tool team. Support the community with onboarding into demos, facilitate knowledge sharing between the event team and manage internal processes/collaborate with Supply chain to streamline event hardware supplies.  * Manage key global operational vendor relationships (e.g., event tech providers) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. * Maintain and automate our Global Event Measurement Framework and Dashboard to track essential KPIs, accurately calculate event ROI, and report on pipeline generation and campaign effectiveness to leadership. * Serve as the internal technical expert and trainer, leading enablement sessions for the 22 event marketing managers on new tools, processes, and reporting requirements. Who you are * 5+ years of experience in B2B Event Marketing. You have a proven track record of executing high-impact events and understand the end-to-end lifecycle of event management. * You have spent a significant portion of your career (at least 2-3 years) focused on Event Operations, Marketing Ops, or Enablement. You are ready to move away from individual execution to focus on global scalability and efficiency. * Deep, hands-on administrative expertise with major event management platforms. Experience with Cvent, Jifflenow, or iCapture is a plus. * A passion for documentation, process optimization, and creating scalable solutions for a large, decentralized team. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at training and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (RevOps Tooling, RevOps Analytics, Finance, Legal, Marketing). * Exceptional analytical skills with a data-first mindset, capable of defining KPIs, building clear ROI models, and generating strategic insights from complex global data sets. * Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is a plus. * Fluent spoken and written English.
