Responsibilities Include: * Proactive acquisition of properties and clients * Finding properties to sell, by flyers, knocking doors, social connections * Evaluating properties * Listing properties including all necessary documents * Initiating contact and conducting needs analysis * Meeting with customers planning to buy & sell property in Spain * Building long-term customer relationships * Showing properties and neighbourhoods * Follow the client through the buying and selling process About You To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.
