la definición, implementación y evolución de proyectos financieros y de gestión de riesgo, con foco en recuperaciones, operaciones
y eficiencia del dato.
El rol tendrá un impacto directo en la optimización del ciclo financiero, la reducción del riesgo operativo y la mejora de la
recuperación de deuda.
Funciones principales
FUNCIONES * Planificar y gestionar proyectos de principio a fin, definiendo alcance, objetivos, cronograma, recursos, costos e hitos clave. * Diseñar y desarrollar la solución del cliente sobre la plataforma Low Code, asegurando su correcta implementación. * Coordinar y liderar al equipo de proyecto, asignando tareas, facilitando reuniones de seguimiento y resolviendo bloqueos o incidencias. * Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos e impedimentos, definiendo planes de mitigación y realizando seguimiento continuo. * Supervisar el avance del proyecto, controlando plazos, presupuesto, calidad y gestión de cambios de alcance. * Actuar como interlocutor con stakeholders y dirección, reportando el estado del proyecto y gestionando expectativas. * Asegurar la calidad de los entregables mediante la definición de criterios de aceptación, validaciones y pruebas. * Gestionar el cierre del proyecto, obteniendo la aceptación formal del cliente, documentando resultados y realizando la retrospectiva final. CONDICIONES * Tipo de contrato: Indefinido. * Horario: * Lunes a jueves: 09:00 a 18:00 * Viernes: 09:00 a 15:00 * Modalidad: Híbrida, con 1 día presencial en oficina (jueves) en Barcelona. * Banda salarial: 23.000 € – 27.000 € brutos anuales TU PERFIL * Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior. * Al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares. * Capacidad de análisis y comprensión del negocio del cliente. * Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
FUNCIONES * Colaborar en la evaluación de proyectos analizando su viabilidad técnica, económica y operativa. * Asistir en la definición del alcance y objetivos del proyecto, la participación de todas las partes interesadas asegurando la viabilidad técnica * Definir los procesos contables financieros relacionas con nuevas implementaciones de proyectos * Desarrollar un plan detallado del proyecto, identificando todos los ámbitos de impacto, estableciendo las prioridades que procedan de acuerdo con los requerimientos del negocio. * Liderar la creación y mantenimiento la documentación completa del proyecto: roadmap, presupuestos, requerimientos, plan de pruebas, etc * Coordinar y realizar la traducción de necesidades y requerimientos de negocio a los casos de uso a implementar por parte de los desarrolladores * Coordinar los recursos internos y terceros / proveedores para la ejecución de los proyectos tanto a nivel funcional como técnico, para asegurar los tiempos establecidos CONDICIONES * Tipo de contrato Indefinido * Horario 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:30h de lunes a jueves y viernes 9:00 a 15:00 (flexible entrada y salida) * Modalidad híbrida. * Salario/banda salarial 38K+ 10% según objetivos. Project Operations Manager As a Project Operations Manager, based in Chicago, Illinois or San Francisco, you will focus primarily on the delivery and execution of complex global projects for our clients. These projects can range from Point of Sale (POS), marketplace e-commerce, and card issuing program roll outs. As an expert in driving complex technical and operational roll-outs, you will interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to create a seamless service deployment experience for clients looking to go live on our platform. You will do this by using your experience in integrating systems and superb project management skills. This is a varied and hands-on role in which your tasks range from discussing a project’s strategic direction on one end to verifying correct configurations on the other. The base salary range for this role in Chicago is: $125,000 - $170,000. The base salary range for this role in San Francisco is: $145,000 - $190,000. The total compensation package also includes equity (RSUs). What you'll do * Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring that our clients are fully prepared to roll-out Adyen’s solution * Responsible for managing 5-10 projects at any given time with a project duration ranging from 6 months to 2 years * Work closely with clients’ project and technical teams as well as third parties such as technical integration partners to ensure a smooth roll-out * Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress to all parties; * Provide guidance on Adyen’s product and advise on the solution that best fits clients’ business needs * Deliver client feedback to internal teams to improve our product and services * Ensure successful project handovers once the rollout has been completed by setting up scalable business as usual and support processes; * Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to help our business scale. Who you are * Experienced with setting-up complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple stakeholders. * Client-facing experience, stakeholder management, ability to lead conversations and influence business decisions * Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to lead and manage detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Able to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to international time constraints where appropriate. * Must be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally where required.
