We're seeking a driven, entrepreneurial AI Strategist to join a newly formed team bringing Asana Service Management to IT and service teams. This is a unique opportunity to be at the ground floor of an emerging go-to-market motion, directly with our enterprise customers to design, deploy, and scale AI workflows that transform their business operations. This role is a unique hybrid: part Customer Success Manager, part implementation consultant, and part product strategist, partnering with a dedicated Account Executive and cross-functional teammates to build repeatable implementation and success motions that will scale across Asana's customer base & field organization. You will be an extended part of the product General Manager's team, helping bring customer feedback to the product team and shape how the product, demos, and technical positioning evolve. Equipped with deep product knowledge and an AI-forward mindset, you will serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor. Unlike a traditional relationship-focused CSM, your primary mission is to accelerate time to first value by guiding customers through complex technical implementation planning, configuration, and migration. You will be responsible for identifying deployment risks early, driving immediate adoption, and converting your hands-on execution into a reusable playbook that will scale our team and empower future customers. This role is ideal for someone who understands the IT buyer, thrives in ambiguity, loves building from the ground up, and is energized by the chance to help define a new market motion at Asana. This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve * Accelerate Time to First Value: Lead customer engagements from post-sale ideation through immediate delivery, ensuring rapid deployment and measurable initial business outcomes. * Implementation Planning & Execution: Develop a deep understanding of IT and service management workflows, to bring customers high-value AI use cases, relevant success metrics, and structured onboarding paths. * Configuration & Migration Guidance: Provide tactical, hands-on guidance to help customers configure their environments and seamlessly migrate legacy workflows or data into our AI platform. * Risk Mitigation & Deployment Governance: Proactively identify technical, process, and adoption risks during deployment; implement mitigation strategies to prevent project stalls. * Build the Playbook: Document best practices, technical configurations, and change management frameworks to build a comprehensive, reusable playbook for future hires and scaling customers. * Drive Change Management: Help customers navigate the people, process, and technology shifts required to move from basic tool adoption to genuine, AI-enabled productivity. * Product Feedback Loop: Surface structured customer feedback, objections, and product gaps to Product, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to inform roadmap and GTM strategy * Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, Product, Product Marketing, and other Solutions Engineers to drive customer outcomes About you * 3+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in a technical Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Management Consulting role. * Strong understanding of IT and service team personas, including familiarity with service delivery workflows, operational pain points, and the systems these teams use every day * AI Adoption & Consulting Expertise: Experience helping customers evaluate, adopt, or scale AI/ML tools in their workflows, with a strong ability to translate AI capabilities into executive storytelling and ROI framing. * Change Management for Tech Transitions: Proven ability to guide complex organizations through process and behavioral shifts, specifically as technology and AI capabilities evolve. * Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboard sessions for both technical and executive audiences * Technical & Data Acumen: Highly data literate; comfortable working with usage data, analytics, and data integration patterns. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Python, or SQL is a major plus. * Comfort operating in early-stage or incubation motions where messaging, product capabilities, and playbooks are evolving in real time * Strategic Communication: Seamlessly navigate between deep technical conversations with developers and ROI-focused presentations with C-level executives. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $133,000 - $151,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What You’ll Do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. What You'll Do This is a new role at Legora, built to support and scale our growing Legal Engineering function in the US—helping to deliver world-class AI implementations for the world's leading law firms. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — and is designed for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier for a high-impact team. You'll work closely with our Strategic Programs Lead and other Legal Engineers to help turn ambitious initiatives into reality, bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to some of our most strategic efforts. * Supporting the development and execution of Legal Engineering initiatives across the US market * Partnering with Legal Engineers to design and deliver deployment plans, including work planning, sequencing, and execution * Assisting in the coordination of our Legal Engineering resources for the delivery of local and cross-border implementations and ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency in delivery * Helping launch and scale strategic initiatives within an ever-growing Legal Engineering function * Supporting pilots, client onboarding, and internal rollouts to ensure initiatives land effectively * Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics via our analytics dashboards to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during the implementation with the Engagement Managers * Establishing impeccable project hygiene: You will be the custodian of our centralised project trackers, shared environments, and action logs.
