V7
At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn
human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by
leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini).
V7 Go is a platform for building and deploying custom AI agents, made for the document-heavy work finance and insurance teams
handle every day. It takes multi-modal data and returns verifiable outputs with transparent logic, so accuracy and compliance come
built in. It runs on the latest models too, including GPT, Claude and Gemini. Have a look at what we're building for finance and
insurance.
Most AI agents still behave like black boxes. They wander off-task, miss the context that matters, and make calls you can't check.
Go Agents are different: predictable, transparent, and auditable at every step.
the human in the loop can see exactly how it got there.
the context to be properly useful. It's your institutional memory.
You’ll be joining our growing GTM team as a Business Development Representative, working closely with Account Executives to drive
new logo acquisition and pipeline growth.
This is a true “hunter” role. You’ll have ownership over your territory and target accounts, with the autonomy to decide who to
pursue and how. You’ll play a critical role in expanding V7’s footprint across key markets, while building deep knowledge of the
AI landscape and how leading organisations adopt AI in practice.
V7 champions equality and inclusion because diverse teams build better products. Don't check every box? Apply anyway — we value
what makes you unique and will support you through the process, just let our Talent team know how they can help.
ABOUT F2 F2 is the AI platform for private markets investors — purpose-built to transform how institutional teams underwrite, diligence, and deploy capital. Our AI converts messy, unstructured deal materials into investment-grade insights in minutes, helping private credit funds, commercial banks, and private equity firms make faster, more confident decisions. Backed by leading investors, including NFX and Y Combinator, we’re scaling a world-class product and engineering team to build the future of vertical AI for finance. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of F2 AI’s go-to-market motion, focused on generating qualified pipeline within commercial banks. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, setting the foundation for successful enterprise sales cycles. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our outbound strategy and messaging, helping define how F2 AI breaks into large, regulated financial institutions. This role is ideal for a driven, curious seller early in their career who wants deep exposure to enterprise sales, AI technology, and the commercial banking landscape. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a BDR at F2, your primary mission is pipeline creation. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads, driving outreach campaigns, and supporting the broader sales effort. You will: * Own inbound lead management: Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound interest from GPs, lenders, and private market deal teams. * Execute outbound campaigns: Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to design and execute outbound sequences targeting high-value accounts. * Set meetings that matter: Your success will be measured by qualified meetings set and pipeline created. * Support sales collateral creation: Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging, tailor outreach, and build decks and 1-pagers. * Keep CRM immaculate: Ensure our pipeline is always accurate and up to date in HubSpot/Salesforce. * Learn the product and space deeply: Get fluent in private markets workflows and Arc’s differentiated AI offering. Your credibility with our buyers will be key. * Constantly iterate: Help refine the BDR playbook, report on conversion metrics, and suggest improvements across the funnel. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF You’re not just a lead generator—you’re a high-IQ operator who knows how to get in front of the right people and speak their language. We’re looking for someone with: * BDR or sales experience in a fast-paced, outbound-heavy environment (tech, SaaS, fintech, or AI preferred) * Domain knowledge in private credit, private equity, or commercial banking — either through direct experience or deep exposure * Entrepreneurial hustle or a founder-like mentality — you work insanely hard, thrive in ambiguity, move fast, have a positive attitude and don't need hand-holding * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you know how to craft a tight outbound message and hold your own on calls * Tools fluency — you’re comfortable with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Apollo), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Analytical mindset — you can qualify prospects rigorously and think commercially about the funnel * Based in NYC — we believe the best work is done together, in person at our beautiful corporate HQ in NYC. You’ll have flexibility to work remotely at least 1 day per week. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience selling to finance personas (CFOs, deal professionals) * Background in investment banking, private credit, private equity or fund services * Interest in AI, automation, and enterprise software WHY F2 * Join a fast-growing AI startup reshaping workflows in private markets and finance. * Be part of a small, high-impact team where your design decisions influence product strategy. * Competitive compensation with equity upside and benefits. * Collaborative, mission-driven culture that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and rapid iteration.

Our New Business team at Plaid combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing Plaid to the world’s largest and most complex enterprises. Our thesis is that every major enterprise can benefit from better financial technology, and that many industries that don't currently consider themselves to be fintechs actually are. You'll be the one helping us achieve this vision at scale. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll forge the path to finding new enterprise clients and strategically prospecting Fortune 500 and high-growth market leaders. We are looking for extraordinary sales professionals with SaaS/tech outbounding experience who can navigate complex organizations, map multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate the profound impact Plaid can have on enterprise ecosystems. RESPONSIBILITIES * Strategic Pipeline Architecture: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to map complex organizations, identify key decision-makers across business units, and orchestrate outbound campaigns into target accounts. * Executive-Level Engagement: Initiate and lead high-level discovery conversations with enterprise stakeholders (including C-suite, VPs of Product, and Innovation heads) to uncover complex business challenges. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Enterprise Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on enterprise campaigns, tailor messaging for specific verticals, and build bespoke outreach strategies. * Value-Based Qualification: Conduct deep-dive qualification calls to assess buying interest, technical readiness, and alignment with Plaid’s value proposition. * Vertical Analysis: Identify and research high-potential enterprise verticals to uncover hidden fintech use cases and drive massive revenue opportunities. You must have a high degree of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to master the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs, security standards, and compliance frameworks. * Resilient Mindset: A relentless, consultative mindset with a passion for solving big problems and a desire to advance your career in enterprise tech sales. * Sales Stack Mastery: Proficiency using Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar enterprise sales enablement tools. To support that mission, we seek to build a diverse team of driven individuals who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable.
