The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an
experienced, strategic Engagement Director to build and lead a multi-layered team within our growing Engagement org that helps the
world's top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora.
This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and built and scaled the teams — and the leaders
— that deliver it, and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of
an entire vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Mid-Market Corps, West) — leading a team of Engagement Associates, Managers,
and Senior Managers who build the relationships and define the outcomes, while you reserve yourself for the most strategic
accounts and C-suite relationships as the senior strategic advisor who ensures Legora becomes an embedded part of how legal teams
operate.
At the heart of the role is defining the engagement model for your vertical and building the frameworks and standards your team
uses to design each client's adoption playbook and deliver multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work.
Across the portfolios in your vertical you'll set the bar for how a tailored roadmap is built, how initiatives are sequenced from
initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, how measurable outcomes and ROI are defined, and how the program evolves as new
AI capabilities and use cases emerge.
You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, partnering with Leadership to scale the
teams, leaders, and standards that help clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their
teams work.
You'll lead the post-sale customer experience for a vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Enterprise Corporates, East) —
owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization across every account in it, through the teams and leaders you build.
the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that customer adopts Legora and transforms

THE ROLE You'll own Legora's relationships with a set of global and regional consulting and SI partners, working closely with their alliance leaders, practice heads, and delivery teams, and with Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to turn those relationships into successful client outcomes. We're building this program from the ground up. There's no inherited playbook, which means you'll have real say in how Legora goes to market with consulting partners, what we ask of them, and what we give them in return. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers. What You'll Do * Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of global and regional consulting and SI partners, building trusted relationships from practice leads to alliance executives. * Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including account mapping, pipeline generation, and co-sell motions with Legora's sales team. * Work with partners to define how they position, sell, and deliver Legora to their clients - and make sure they have what they need to do it well. * Drive partner enablement, keeping firms current as Legora's product evolves. * Track pipeline health, run business reviews, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. * Bring partner and market feedback back into Legora to inform product and go-to-market decisions. What You Bring * 8+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company - with actual pipeline built, deals closed, and partner relationships that held up over time. * Firsthand experience with how major consulting firms or GSIs operate: how they make decisions and team with technology partners. Time spent inside one of these organizations is a plus. * Experience building a partner program rather than inheriting one. You're comfortable when the structure doesn't exist yet. * Good commercial judgment: you can build a joint value proposition, work through multi-party deal complexity, and make the right call on when to push and when to step back. * Ability to run multiple things at once - relationship, pipeline, enablement, and business review - across several partners simultaneously. * Strong communication across levels. You can hold a conversation with a managing director and turn around and run a productive working session with a field AE. * Comfort with a product that ships fast. You'll need to stay current and make sure your partners do too. * Willingness to travel regularly to support partner relationships and joint customer work across the US and Europe. THE ROLE As Director, Cloud & AI Partnerships, you'll own Legora's relationships with our key cloud and AI platform partners. That means building the co-sell motion with their field teams, managing our marketplace presence, and making sure Legora is the product they reach for when a legal use case comes up. You'll work closely with Legora's sales team to bring cloud partnerships into live deals, and with Product to make sure our platform integrations support the story we're telling. This is a new function at Legora. You'll set the strategy, build the relationships, and figure out what a high-performing cloud partnership actually looks like for a company at our stage. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships. What You'll Do * Own Legora's relationships with key cloud and AI platform partners, building strong working relationships with their alliance, co-sell, and field teams. * Build and run the co-sell motion including account mapping with cloud field reps, joint pipeline development, and making sure Legora is positioned and enabled within the partner's sales teams. * Manage Legora's marketplace listings and transactable presence, ensuring we're discoverable and easy to buy through the channels our customers prefer. * Develop joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including demand generation programs, field engagement, and executive alignment. * Work with Sales to bring cloud partnerships into active deals where partner involvement accelerates the close. * Track partner-sourced pipeline, marketplace transactions, and co-sell activity, and use that data to prioritize where we invest. * Bring the outside in and share what you're hearing from cloud partners back into Product and GTM to inform how we build and position. What You Bring * 8+ years in cloud alliances, hyperscaler partnerships, or strategic technology partnerships at an enterprise SaaS or AI company. * A track record of building co-sell motions that actually generated pipeline — not just relationships, but deals. * Deep familiarity with how cloud and AI platforms operate: their partner programs, co-sell mechanics, marketplace economics, and how their field teams make decisions. * Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partner strategy with commercial goals. * Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior partner stakeholders. * Comfort building from scratch in a high-growth environment where you're expected to set direction, not just execute a playbook. Nice to have: * Experience in legal tech or selling into professional services buyers. * Time spent on the partner side at a major cloud or AI platform — understanding how they evaluate and prioritize ISV relationships. * Familiarity with marketplace transaction structures and co-sell incentive programs.
