Software Engineer to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction, culture, and execution
standards of a rapidly growing division.

The Product team builds full-stack features end-to-end. From designing our data models to implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that differentiate good software from great software. We work closely with UI designers and are supported by our infrastructure team. We aim to delight users with both large new features and smaller, daily product enhancements—thanks to our continuous deployment architecture. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $202,000 - $223,000. The team is responsible for building MongoDB Atlas, our database-as-a-service offering and fastest growing product. Atlas allows users to deploy fault-tolerant, secure, globally distributed MongoDB clusters in just minutes. The team develops software to interface with the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) in order to bring security, durability, availability, and performance to all MongoDB customers.
