IN SHORT As the Lead - Sales Planner, you will drive the strategic alignment of sales planning functions for your assigned channel, steering our sales team through high-impact, data-driven business analysis. Reporting to the Head of Sales Planning on the Sales team, you will own the execution of critical planning activities including seasonal forecasting and comprehensive performance reporting to ensure premium brand elevation. You will partner across Merchandising and Demand Planning to translate quantitative insights into actionable growth strategies, ensuring we reach every fan who wants On. YOUR MISSION * Lead the collection and analysis of complex sales data to maximize market opportunities and mitigate product liability, providing the quantitative evidence needed to validate channel strategies * Partner with account owners to drive pre-season and in-season planning discussions, ensuring financial targets are rooted in logic and historical performance * Develop and deliver sophisticated sales recaps that highlight risks and opportunities, enabling the sales team to pivot quickly in a dynamic retail environment * Design and maintain robust in-season business trackers to monitor account health and ensure the team is pacing toward monthly and seasonal objectives * Collaborate with Demand Planning to finalize production needs at the vertical and account level, ensuring GTM strategies support long-term profitability and scaling goals * Act as a conduit between global planning frameworks and local execution to maintain consistency and excellence across the United States market * Challenge existing reporting processes by identifying and implementing more efficient ways to visualize and share data-informed insights YOUR STORY * 6+ years of experience in product planning, sales planning, demand planning, or merchandising within a premium global retailer * You bring deep expertise navigating fast-paced, matrixed environments with high-velocity SKUs and frequent seasonal product refreshes * Advanced technical proficiency with forecasting tools and MS Excel including macros and power queries to simplify complex data sets * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical planning insights to diverse stakeholders, adjusting your delivery to build connection and understanding * Proven track record of analyzing cross-category trends to forecast holistic business stories that drive commercial outcomes * Experience working autonomously to identify underlying root causes and delivering solutions to complex planning problems * Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to support business needs and connect with regional partners YOUR TEAM Ever imagine working in a team where a passion for people and a commitment to movement comes first? And beyond. 🚀 THE CHALLENGE 🚀 Customer Success Specialists (CSS) ensure a smooth onboarding journey to key accounts and provide ongoing support throughout their partnership with Alan. They are accountable for operational excellence and long-term satisfaction of our most strategic accounts and play a critical role as Alan continue expanding Enterprise and Public sector partnerships. We are looking for senior professionals able to scale the role's process and guidelines as we move forward. The goal is to set the standards for our customized approach to onboarding! 👩💻 Helping Our Admins Your primary mission is to ensure operational excellence and an outstanding admin experience across a portfolio of key accounts (5 to 10 accounts per CSS). You'll be the go-to expert for complex admin topics such as affiliations, payroll management, invoicing, and billing—delivering meaningful, proactive, and delightful support while building deep expertise along the way. You will: * Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices (remote and occasionally onsite): affiliation lifecycle, payroll management, invoicing, and more * Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio: handle requests, investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution * Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins (objections, escalations, high-stakes operational topics) with clarity and empathy * Anticipate risks (missing affiliations, payroll edge cases, invoicing issues) and prevent blockers before they impact admins 👷 Building the role in Belgium All CSS actively contribute to improving Alan beyond their day-to-day support work. You'll help shape the function itself—designing processes, playbooks, and ways of working that will scale as we grow. You will: * Identify recurring pain points and propose improvements: documentation, playbooks, tooling, and product feedback (with Product Specialists and relevant crews) * Contribute to team priorities depending on the period: process/tooling projects, knowledge sharing, and occasionally hiring-related work * Report on operations at the company level to ensure visibility on opportunities derived from admin insights * Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Operations to remove blockers, coordinate resolutions, and surface product/process improvements 🔍 PROFILE & SKILLS Soft Skills: * Demonstrate strong ownership and autonomy on their missions * Demonstrate growth mindset, challenges positively, learn fast * Demonstrate strong client-facing posture and communicate effectively both internally and with admins. The fastest growing premium sportswear brand is looking for a Senior Specialist - Sales Representative to continue to drive profitable and sustainable sales and market share growth across On’s France accounts whilst elevating the ON brand in the eyes of the customer. You will join an established and growing France Sales team who are continuing to ignite spirits and spread On’s mission and innovative products across France. YOUR MISSION * Represent our field accounts across our performance business (Performance Running, Performance Outdoor) inc. Run Specialty, General Sporting Goods and Outdoor Specialty. * Be the expert and key contact for assigned accounts and categories. * Support the development of account relationship and account strategies, formalizing them via Strategic Account Plans and in alignment to the overall business and brand strategy. * Lead the sell-in aligned to Seasonal priorities and ensure tools in place to execute sell out. * Agree on sell-out support where needed and formalize this via account marketing plans. * Monitor sell-out and ensure timely order book conversion. * Support negotiation and enforcement of ON trade terms. * Measure progress on your own KPIs. * Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance. * Acting internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and vice versa and help manage all interfaces. YOUR STORY * +3 years proven experience in Account Management. * Proven sales experience ideally within sports, fashion or retail sectors. * Proven experience in Selling and Negotiating. * Fluent or C1+ level French & English is a must to fulfill this role. Additional languages are a plus. * Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation. * Analytics: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation. * Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear and apparel ideally within the Sporting goods and or Fashion industry. * Understanding of local markets’ consumers, accounts and commercial needs. * Strong business acumen, strategic, numerical, analytical and critical problem solving mindset: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation. * Valid French drivers license and fully comfortable to travel for business. * Ideally you are based in or within close proximity to Paris, for account visits. * Additional locations: Annecy, Lyon.
