Product velocity depends on having the right engineering and technical talent in place, fast, and at a high bar. As a Senior
Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own that directly. You are not a support function for the Engineering, Product, Design (EPD)
team. You bring genuine craft to how technical hiring gets done, and you're accountable for the quality and pace of the people who
build Legora's product.

As a G&A Talent Partner, you will own hiring across our non-technical, non-GTM functions in North America. Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and everything in between. These are the teams that keep Legora running and scaling with precision, and getting them right matters as much as any other part of the business. You are not a coordinator filling briefs. You are a strategic hiring partner in your own right, accountable for the quality and velocity of the people who hold this company together behind the scenes. WHAT YOU’LL DO Scaling a company at this pace requires the right talent across every function. As a Talent Partner, you will own that directly. You are not an order-taker. You are accountable for the quality and velocity of the hires that keep Legora's infrastructure ahead of its growth. You will own end-to-end hiring across G&A functions in North America, working closely with senior leaders who are genuinely invested in building exceptional teams and trust you to shape how they do it. Specifically, you will: * Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities. * Help shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives. * Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and other Corporate teams, ensuring we stay ahead of demand rather than reacting to it. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar for talent across every function and seniority level. * Partner strategically with senior stakeholders on how teams should be structured and sequenced, not just executing briefs but shaping them with a clear point of view. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted and credible ambassador for Legora throughout. We're looking for: * 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring G&A talent * A proven track record hiring high-performing talent across the seniority levels that matter most at this stage of growth * Genuine business acumen. You understand how G&A functions underpin company performance, you speak the language of the leaders you partner with, and you use that fluency to advise on hiring strategy and close exceptional candidates. * The ability to hire across a range of corporate functions without losing rigour. You understand what strong looks like across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, and you build the right process for each rather than running the same search every time * Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs, but shaping them * The ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace. * Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action. Nowhere is that more true than in New York, where the engineering org is targeting 60 hires by year end and a site that will exceed 100 engineers by the end of next year. Based in New York, you'll lead tech recruiting across Legora's US Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) hub, managing a team of Tech Talent Partners and working closely with the engineering and product leadership building out the site. You'll report into the Director of Tech Recruiting and be accountable for the quality, pace, and consistency of EPD hiring across the market. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead and develop a team of Tech Talent Partners in New York, setting the standard for how Engineering, Product, and Design hiring gets done locally and building the capacity to keep pace with one of Legora's fastest-growing sites. * Own the relationship with New York EPD leadership as a genuine hiring partner, contributing to role scoping, success profiles, and hiring strategy rather than waiting to be handed a brief. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for senior ICs and engineering leaders, staying ahead of demand in a market where the best candidates have no shortage of options. * Build Legora's technical brand in the New York market, running local events, engaging the engineering community, and establishing Legora as a destination for the best EPD talent in the city. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that maintain a consistently high bar across pace and quality, and give hiring managers a clear picture of where searches stand. * Hold the standard for candidate experience across your team, from first conversation through to offer, making sure every interaction reflects the quality of the product and the people behind it. * Partner closely with the Director of Tech Recruiting and the broader TA team on cross-market initiatives, tooling, and process consistency across all four engineering hubs. WHAT YOU BRING You've managed technical recruiting teams before at a company where the engineering bar was high and the hiring plan changed every quarter. You know what strong looks like at senior IC and engineering leader level, and you've built the kind of credibility with engineering leaders that means they come to you rather than around you. We're looking for: * Meaningful experience managing tech recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company. You've led a team, developed individual contributors, and been accountable for outcomes rather than just activity. * The depth to hold credible conversations with engineering and product leaders about what strong looks like at each level. You understand the difference between a good CV and a good hire in technical roles. * Experience building proactive pipelines for senior technical talent in the New York market. You know the landscape, how to source effectively, and what it takes to close candidates who have options. * Experience building employer brand presence in a local technical market, whether through events, community engagement, or broader outreach. You understand that closing great engineers starts long before a role opens. * A structured, data-driven approach to running searches. You track the right things, use pipeline data to make decisions, and keep hiring managers informed without being chased. * A hiring bar that doesn't move under pressure. THE ROLE When a company raises $550M, triples its valuation in under six months, and opens offices across four continents inside a year, the finance function doesn't get to move slowly. Legora's CFO oversees a global team operating across the US, Europe, and APAC, holding the company to a high standard across every market it enters. This role partners directly with the CFO and the G&A leadership team, owning the people agenda for a function that underpins everything Legora is building. The CFO leads with precision and high standards, and the people around them do too. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CFO and leadership team across the entire G&A organisation, helping shape the functions as they scales while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the finance function globally, partnering with the CFO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach leaders through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Support leaders across the finance function as they navigate a period of significant growth, operating at a scale and pace many haven't encountered before * Own complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics in partnership with regional People Partners across EMEA and APAC * Act as the primary connection between the finance function and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech, ensuring global frameworks translate into real impact on the ground WHAT YOU BRING You understand that people decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with. We're looking for: * A background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role, with meaningful time in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment * A track record as a trusted advisor to senior finance or operational leadership, shaping decisions rather than supporting them.
