This opportunity supports a large-scale document digitization initiative tied to an office relocation project through the end of
the year.

a Scanning Operator, you’ll support document preparation, scanning, indexing, and records management activities while helping
preserve important business records.
Your work ensures physical records are accurately converted into organized digital files that support business continuity and
accessibility.

Speakers Intern Expectations: * Research event planners and corporate buyers to identify decision-makers * Identify and prioritize buyers with a history of booking paid keynote speakers and research their speaker engagement patterns * Monitor and document annual conference calendars and corporate and association planning cycles * Build target lead lists aligned with individual talent * Support outbound prospecting * Manage inbound opportunities, when appropriate * Draft speaker-specific pitch briefs to support senior sellers * Assist senior sellers with CRM cleanup and data entry The pay for this position is: $17.00 per hour. We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our dynamic HR team. The HR Operations Specialist will own the onboarding process for new employees and will provide general HR support. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to: * Running first day new hire orientation for in person and remote hires * Creating and maintaining employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now and other websites * Conducting background checks and I-9 verification in compliance with E-Verify * Processing new hire documentation * Scheduling new hire training * Facilitate employee led corporate athletic league and Corporate Social Responsibility programs * Monitor and respond to employee enquiries submitted through the HR Inbox Assist in the drafting of internal documentation including promotion documents, payroll status change forms, and employment verifications * Maintain the HR Intranet page and new hire/promotions announcements * Run and update monthly headcount reports * Update global organization chart monthly * Ad hoc projects as requested What You Have: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA is required is preferred * Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in human resources administration * Strong project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information * High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel * Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas to the overall team What We Offer: The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
