integrity, resourcefulness, responsibility, and service. We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our
dynamic HR team. The HR Operations Specialist will own the onboarding process for new employees and will provide general HR
support. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a
fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid and requires on-site office attendance three times a week. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone who already has experience in HR and is eager to get involved in all aspects within HR.
This is a hybrid position based in our New York office.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual
discretionary bonus based on performance.

This role will partner closely with managers and leaders on team engagement, performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative people partner who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems thoughtfully, and building strong relationships across the organization. As an Sr. HRBP at Maven, you will: * Partner with the HRBP team, managers and functional leaders to support employee engagement, team performance, and organizational effectiveness * Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, development conversations, and team dynamics * Manage employee relations issues and investigations for the teams you support * Execute core people programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement survey action plans, and talent planning processes * Analyze people trends and employee feedback to identify insights and actions * Use people analytics, business insights, and employee feedback to identify trends, assess organizational health, and drive engagement and retention strategies * Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, and Finance to support consistent employee processes and experiences * Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scaling people practices across the organization * Use AI tooling to automate manual workflows and increase your strategic impact * Build trusted relationships with employees and managers through responsive, thoughtful partnership * Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed We’re looking for you to bring: * 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, Talent Management, or related HR roles * Experience partnering with managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail with organizational rigor around data management and documentation * Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity * Enthusiasm for a start-up environment * Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes * Analytical mindset with comfort using people data and insights to inform recommendations * Strong judgment, empathy, and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization * Healthcare or healthcare technology experience is a plus, but not required. What is essential is a curiosity and business acumen to inform your understanding of the teams you support. * This role will support our Operations team in addition to other parts of the business, which includes front-line workers directly interfacing with our members. Experience supporting a front-line workforce is a plus but not required. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. This role is only open to candidates in the NYC-metropolitan area and will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
